Name of the Dish: Chocolate Mousse

Course: Sweet Dish

Cuisine: Desert

Ingredients:

175gms Cooking Chocolate Bar used in making chocolates.

4 Big Eggs

15 gms Gelatine

300 gms Fresh Cream

100 gms Castor sugar

Procedure:

Seperate egg yolks & egg whites. Beat yolks stifly, mix castor sugar while beating after it is beaten properly add melted gelatin in it mix properly. Melt choclate and mix it with egg yolk mixture. Now beat egg white stifly, also beat fresh cream very stifly. Now mix everything together, i.e. chocolate mix, egg whites & fresh cream, mix it properly and gradualy so that it folds into each other. Now keep it in refrigerator to set. Your chocolate mousse desert is ready to eat.

It is my pleasure to read this recipe and i am really thrilled to try this one. Mate,please post something that can be served to a diabetic person so that many more like me will be ready to try this out.Even though i am not a diabetic, there are others who would like to try these varieties.
