This is a great snack during winter . This takes 10mts to prepare.
Most of us have rotis or pulkas for lunch or dinner. When there are 4 to 5 rotis left afer all have had their dinner.Tie the rotis in a handkerchief and put it in the fridge. These rotis can be converted into a delecious snack.In Sindhi this is called "Saele Roti".

Preparetion time:10mnts

Inredients

The left over rotis-4 to 5


Coriander - 2 bunches
Tomatoes - 3 medium size
Garlic - 2 to 3
green chillis - 3 to 4
Salt to taste
turmeric - 1/2 a tea spoon

Method :

make the into pieces of 4 and keep it aside. Now add all the ingredients into a mixer and make a paste of it.Take a flat pan and add a tea spoon of oil and mustard seeds(Rai) and after it crackles add the paste to it and fry it till the water dries and it becomes thick.Then add enough water to it so that the roti pieces just dip into it and bring it to a boil and then add the roti pieces to it and leave it till the water is soaked by the rotis and the flavour gets into it. Your snack is ready!!!!!!!!:p
