This is Regarding " Ungalil Yaar Adutha Prabu Deva " in Star Vijay.

I really dont understand on the total concept of this programme ???

Why should one prove to be a Prabu Deva ?? What has he achieved in Dancing??? Any National or international awards on his individual performance??? Any new novel Ideas in dancing ??? He has been doing only Film Dance ...Any person who has a bright chance in the films with new styles added up with extra-Ordinary Music, Heavy Star Cast and success of the Movie...Even Prabu Deva has acted and did a stupid, useless movie called "INDU" when he came into the industry as a HERO ...

I also see some useless assistants to him running the show as Judges??? Given a time they may not even be in the industry in a moment and i have never heard them before..Just seen them dancing behind the Heroes...

Next Important Point is One person dances for 5 mins non-Stop on the stage...Whereas these potatoes dance in bits and pieces even for a small step and sequence...There are real examples where one song is being shooted for days and months ....

All these funny jokers of Tamil Cinema just members of a Dance association on daily wages cannot be treated as Judges...

Star Vijay, How come you can do this.. I do really appreciate your Airtel Super Singer, Ippadikku Rose, Neeya Naana programs very much....And i am a fan of these and never try to miss even one episode... But this Dance Competition is one Absurd program you have on the telecast...

I request you to Do some Justice to the credentials that you earn constantly...You are the only channel coming up with novel ideas and concepts and a forerunner for rest of the Tamil Channels....

The other funniest scene, at the end of this round today everyone including the Judges danced on the floor, we could see them gasping for Breath after just a few movements...Shame Shame ...They come here for Judging someone's Performance....

The other big Funny Clown that I have seen is Sridhar as a Judge..What did he do to become a Great Dance Master next to Prabu Deva?????

Request you to stop all these nonsense and please continue your new concepts and new programs...

My Humble Suggestion and an Idea to you....

Why cant you try out this new program

" Ungalil adutha Abdul Kalam Yaaru ".... You might develop more morale among the aspiring young generation...

If you don't like this program then don't watch it.

Prabhu deva is a good dancer. There are lots of actors and actress who have great respect for Prabhu Deva as a dancer and as a dance master. Even good dancers like Javed Jafferi and Hrithik roshan have been his admirers. I once watched a program in which Javed Jaffery praised a lot about Prabhu Deva.

Maybe the judges are not treating the dancers with respect and they are rude. The attitude of the judges should change and the program is a ground for all the dancers to get good recognition. There are some wonderful dancers in this show and I hope they will have a bright future.

There is a stupid HERO WORSHIP (To a wrong person) in the total program concept...

Think...he is a legend...he was the first dancer who brought in break dance to the industry...One more thing..this is dance show so don't talk about his acting here... No one have replaced him...He is known to be the michael jackson in the tamil industry...This name was given to him for nothing? PLease know your facts right before condenming a legend like him...

Yes i do know the facts....A thorough verification of facts clearly show that he is just a human dancing for a livelihood.. nothing more than this to call him a legend....I dont know when this HERO WORSHIP will be left by us in this state... Prabhu Deva is nothing great when compared to the performances on the stages by individuals...He is just a Film dancer (but also called Dance Master) doing a good show and paid for that accordingly....

:mad:Ungalil Yaar Adutha Prabhu Deva is just a title given to a show...it is not a Oscar award which we r fighting for...Ungalil Yaar Adutha Prabhu Deva is encouraging and motivating new talents...It is a show which is searching for new talents from all over tamil nadu....it is not internationally....so my friend please encourage our fellow tamillans and stop critisizing the shows name...they can't possibly put Ungalil Yaar Adutha Michael Jackson right? In the tamil industry,he is the best dancer and choreographer since the past which obviously no one can disagree with.Before Prabhu Deva came into the industry,there was no such thing as break dance or innovative steps or flexible and fast leg movements. Thus,I think the title(Ungalil Yaar Adutha Prabhu Deva)is indeed a very suitable name for the show.

For e.g,as said earlier, A superstar title is supposed to be given to someone who is super in everything like dancing,acting,fighting,doing stunts and etc. However,Even though Rajini sir could not dance, based on his acting, he was given the title Superstar which everyone accepted...Same thing goes to this show...The title was justified as it was given to a great dancer...If they had named the show after someone whose dance is not up to the mark,then this argument should take place....

P.S For those who thinks and says that he is not a good dancer,I think u guys ought to watch his past movies and compare with other movies which came before that and movies around that time in which he didn't act or choreograph...

Ungalil adutha Abdul Kalam Yaaru can be a good suggestion if this is an educational programme...Even though studies is indeed very important,such talents like dancing can bring out stress and make life more interesting.(All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy)...It can also bring Indians to greater heights...

I Do agree with this very much.. I am the one who do fight for more opportunities and equality for everyone at all levels.. It is all just what we call adhering Monopoly in the industry .... It is not at all healthy ...So new talents must be appreciated with other bench marks not with prabu Deva....

I am afraid we are going back to 80's where one Music Director kept Hold of the Total Music Industry for 25 years and did not allow anyone to come up in that field...I have live examples to prove this...Just think how did SPB sing 35,000 songs ??????? There were exactly 8 singers for 18 yers in tamil nadu ??? Why ???? were there not anyone with singing talents at that time ???

If this goes on PD will start to dictate terms and the original talents (Individuals) will be hidden back screen...Dont allow individuals to get hold of anything in their control...After years we have got only One gold medal in the olympics out of 110 crore population..... Lets think laterally and avoid the mass graves of talents in the coming days...

Talents must be appreciated.. Are they Appreciated ???? look at the Judges of the shows???? All discusting people criticising young people saying PD is God, You did not perform to get to him ???? Does this encouraging ????

Judges um andha maari thaan varuvanga... anyway they are dance masters.. they know something about dance right ! we can't object that anyway.. Its a T.V show.. what more you expect..

I'm here to just comment on one of the contestant. The reason why I'm here is that I found one female contestant who several times had performed SALSA and BALLEY alone and not any other style. When the judges expect all the contestants to perform in various other styles, how was it possible for that particular contestant to come in the TOP 14 BEST DANCERS IN TAMILNADU? How far you people agree to this? When many sontestants had been eliminated for not knowing many styles, how was she able to come so far in this journey?
