house owners vs tenants

yesterday's show focussed on issues concerning house owners and tenants... host gopinath asked on what basis the house owners select/reject people for letting out their houses...one house owner said that she will not let out her house for muslims:confused:...what a disgraceful and shameful reply....but gopinath strongly condemned it at the end of the show...

another owner said that he would go by the looks of the people...at once gopinath asked him to point out one face from the opposite side for whom he would not prefer to let out(this question itself could've been avoided)...the worst part was that he pinpointed one person from the opposite side and said that that person's looks were bad and that he wud not let out to him...did they imagine how humiliating it would have been for that person who was immediately shown in close-up....why dont they learn some etiquette:mad::(

i feel sorry for that guy who innocently came to attend the talk show and got humiliated.

It is very true on what happened on the show... A few could have been edited atleast before telecasting ..Was A bit embarassing ..

A few points to add to the House owner- tenant conflict , i hope that were missed out would be :

1. A house-owner (party 1) will rent his house on two main reasons only;

a). He has a house and either he is not living in it as of now and will come back after sometime to live there or he is living there and wants to rent out a unused portion of the existing house.
b). He has a few houses in his possession built in the intention of making money in the form of Rent.

Point (A) people rent out making sure that the house is kept occupied until he comes back or his house is rented to make a small revenue and share his burden by tenant symbiotically, then there is no problem arising out.

Pont (B) people rent out making sure that they make a fortune out of it. There comes a handful of problems for both the parties. They try to squeeze the tenant as far as possible and make money out of everything. Tenant unable to bear starts to cry and keeps moving all the time.

The tenant on the other hand is also to blame to certain extent, they forget that they are living in a house that does not belong to them.

It is just a delicate relationship like handling a glass ball, neither you can be rude nor very careless nor very possessive etc.. There needs a balance to handle this , after it is your precious home...

My question may be awkward but still i ask :

Why build a house (You may not need) beyond your actual needs (May be One) and then find someone unknown to share it or use it for money and then cry out loud saying it is a paining & pathetic life ????

hey frnd, i agree to ur point.. even i felt very bad for tht guy... ow cme ppl be so worst like this.. shaming a person in the media!!
