Kritika Kamra, the new find of Ekta Kapoor in Kitani Mohabbat Hai talks about what fitness means to her, and how she goes about to be fit.

Do you believe in maintaining a zero-size body?
I don't believe in Zero size body, because a skinny body will never appeal to people and will never be called sexy. Basically, Indians have a God-given gift i.e. a beautiful body; but to me, a healthy body is more important rather than zero-size.

When Ekta casted you for Kitani Mohabbat Hai, did you have to work out to tone your body to the right shape?
No, actually tension se hi weight kam hogaya (laughs). I did not have to put extra effort to look good on screen..

What does Fitness mean to you?
You are asking this question to a wrong person, as I am completely a foodie. But yes, I try my level best to limit myself while eating.

Do you believe in cutting down on calories to get into good shape?
Not really!! I eat lot of cheese and lot of chocolates. My policy is that we have only one life and we should eat to live. Having said that I will also like to add that, excess eating is also not good (smiles).

Do you work out regularly?
I had joined a gym to work out regularly. But with the hectic shooting schedule, I ended up discontinuing this routine. However, I am not at all a gym freak. I love outdoor activities a lot. Whenever I have time, I do cardio, but I hate working out in machines..

Any role model in life when it comes to fitness?
I think now a days everybody has a rocking body. I like Deepika Padukone and Shilpa Shetty's figures.

Have you ever felt that you have outgrown your favorite dresses and you need to take care of your weight?
Yes, every time this happens to me. Whenever I have to go out, I always try my dresses before hand, and find out that I do not fit into them properly. This would increase my tension, and I will work out regularly for the next two days just to fit into my clothes (laughs).

How do you relate beauty and fitness? Do they go hand in hand?
Yes they do go hand in hand. You can only notice this when you keep yourself fit. If you are fit, your skin starts to glow automatically and you hair becomes nicer.

Karan Kundra recently performed a car stunt while shooting for NDTV Imagine's Kitani Mohabbat Hai, which left the entire unit stunned.

The scene's requirement was to drive the car fast in a narrow area. "The stunt man was called to drive the car, but he refused to drive in such a small place. So I agreed to do the stunt all by myself", quips Karan.

Karan has always had a passion to drive cars, and as he puts it, "I have been driving cars from my childhood, and am so used to cars that I did not find this stunt to be tedious at all".

The story in Kitani Mohabbat Hai had some memorable moments in the past few weeks with Arjun Punj (Karan Kundra) and Aarohi (Krutika Kamra) falling in love. But the track ahead will yet again see differences creeping in between them.

When asked about the scene which required the car stunt, Karan quips, "It was a car chasing scene where police men are following my car, and I need to drive fast and get out of their visibility. The entire unit was shocked to see the stunt I performed. I was just an inch away from the other car that was chasing me. It was fun doing the scene".

Well, viewers will surely be waiting to see Karan's car speed past all other cars in the show!!

Karan Kundra's passion for cars has pushed him to buy another new Ford Endeavour which is a kind of house on wheels with all luxuries provided..

We all know that Karan Kundra has a passion to drive cars. News is that he has bought yet another brand new white colored Ford Endeavour for himself.

According to our source, "Karan who still lives in the guest house provided by Balaji Telefilms has never thought of buying a flat in Mumbai. But instead of buying a house, he has again bought a car. However, this car is different from other cars that he possesses. It is a kind of house-on-wheels, with lots of coke cans, ice box, food and clothes arranged".

It seems like the adventurous Karan has really made amends for not possessing a house in the busy city life of Mumbai…
