Slipping the engagement ring on the finger of Toronto-based Elesh Parujanwala, the man whom she’s chosen as her soulmate through her Swayamvar, Rakhi Sawant said, “He should see me without make-up and off camera, before we tie the knot.”
We thought we’d take up the challenge ourselves...
We think Rakhi looked MUCH better when she began her career, wearing far less make-up and minus all her plastic jobs. We feel Elesh would have preferred her then too...

Here’s why!
No collagen and a wider jaw. Rakhi looks softer with natural curls and simple make-up. The glow on the skin comes from youth and not chemical treatments.
Too much of collagen makes her lips look unnatural, and botox has ironed out any possibilities of character-adding fine lines. Her jaw line is definitely more angular, so a scalpel has also gone in there.
A bit of tummy tucking here with a tattoo thrown in. The silicones are gone (Rakhi herself told us she had them removed when she had to dance vigorously for Nacch Baliye), so at least she can boast of some natural assets now.
