I am a freshly qualified Company Secreatary. and here i want to share my concerns with you, The Companies Act, 1956 is to be repealed in the coming times which will be substituted by a new companies act, which is in the form of a bill as of now Companies amendment bill, 2009 and Section 383A of the current Act, which deals with the appointment of Company Secretary is not inserted in the would be Act, please guys help a profession to survive we r fighting against this to save our profession and people who are till now holding a respected professional qualification which will be a waste for thousands of C.S., L.C.S, and budding C.S if this Act comes into the form the way the bill is. please guys suport us stand with us we are gathering up at the institute at NIRC, Rajendra Place at 11 a.m on this sunday 30-08-2009, be there guys join us in this and u can save the professions of couple of 1000s of people
