Hi,
Well here is something HOT and SPICY for the Winter.
Ingredients:
1/4 Kg Spring Garlic
1/2 kg Minced Meat (Kheema)
4 eggs
1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Haldi
1 tsp Dhania
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
4 tbsp Pure Ghee
Salt to taste
Spring Garlic (wonder what this is?) well it is not available everywhere but you can grow it at home.
Method: Take 4-5 Pods of garlic, break it and sow individual beads into a pot or in your backyard. Water the beads daily, within a week you will see green stems coming out of the beads. when the stems are 6-8 inches tall remove them along with the beads and the roots, wash them thoroughly and chop it all finely.
Cook minced meat adding ginger garlic paste, haldi, dhania, salt and red chilli powder. Once it is cooked and dry, spread it evenly on a flat plate. Break the 4 eggs on it and then spread the finely chopped spring garlic on top and add salt to taste. Then heat pure ghee in a pan until it boils. pour the boiling hot ghee over the garlic, eggs and minced meat. stir it lightly with spoon and serve it with parathas or roti.
