APPARENT BENEFITS(what is told)---------
1)More graduates and post graduates from so called backward castes/communities.
2)making a sense of compensation terming them as sufferers and creating a healthy vote bank from them.
3)creating a creamy layer among them who may be more or less competitive in respect to their upper castes.
4)creating a face of humanism and communism to promote equality to get enough support for elections.
5)giving the backward classes some figures to create an awareness to spread the idea that they can.
ULTIMATE LOSS:----------
1)country loses a large number of human resource inspite of giving chance to less qualifieds (who are having poor base ) spoiling public money which is necessarily collected from the taxpayers.
2)sc , st , obc, who are given chance by quota cannot produce the same result as their quality does not stand upon a good supportive base.
3)mosts from the backward communities can’t avail the facility as 95% of them don’t get proper higher secondary education and in this odd situation it is enjoyed by the creamy layers among them.these creamy layers are in the much better to snatch away the chances as they are having more good socio-economic level than the rest of their community.so another in equality evolves.
4)fair competition is suppressed.
5)quality of higher education becomes lower.
6)lack of genuine efficient candidates will be experienced in all the fields of work.
7)peoples with low quality will get the benefit but country suufers a great loss ,that will take several valuable years to control the damage.
8)lower middle class,poors from upper caste will perish as this current policy will not help them who are economically and educationally backward.
9)country will get inefficient teachers to teach its children as the quota candidates are not at per with their general category counterparts.
10)compromising with quality effect health and service sectors.
11)it proves that govt. and politicians can do anything for their vote bank even in democracy,that is not the criteria of healthy democracy where power is being misused.
12)it may be a curing solution but it is not going endure the disease as this process is burdened to look into the results rather to eradicate the problems from grass root level.
