RECEIPE
CUSTARD APPLE SANDESH
INGREDIENTS
1) 1\2 Cup Pulp Custard Apple
2) 250grms home made Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
3) 2.5 table spoon Mishri Powder
4) 2.5 table spoon Sugar Powder
5) 1 tea spoon Rose Water
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients except Custard Apple Pulp. Make it soft Dow. Divide it into 2 equal portions (horizontally). Apply Custard Apple Pulp on 1 portion properly. Cover with 2nd layer Cottage Cheese & set it properly. Keep it in fridge for 1 hr. Cut into square pieces & serve.
