KEEPING in view the long list of accomplishments / judgements made at the World Biggest Inter-varsity Bhangra Championships, the South Asian Alliance, consisting of 14 - Universities of North America, declared your this friend as the "WORLD'S BEST BHANGRA JUDGE."
Accomplishments:
Member, International Dance Council - UNESCO, Paris (France), conducted
Bhangra Dance Workshops in Czech Republic(2000); learnt advanced techniques in Choreography, Contemporary dance, Contact Improvisation, Fitness for dancers etc.from the prestigious "Laban Centre of Dance" at London, U.K. (2001).
Invited by the University of Sofia (BULGARIA) and GNM - Budapest(HUNGARY)
also conducted Bhangra workshops at renowned OMMA STUDIO at Crete (GREECE) in 2002-03 and the mission / workshops were well received and appreciated by the media, around the globe.
Canada based "Bhangra Nation Multicultural Society (BNMS)"inducted name in
the "Hall of Fame" and conferred "2004-Life Time Achievement Award in
Bhangra" in January`04 and after that was on the HOT SEAT to "Judge" the

and...Second Best of India...participated in IXth ASIAN GAMES, New Delhi...Wills World Cup, Titan Cup, Challenger Trophey at Punjab Cricket Association(PCA) Stadium, Mohali -Punjab(Chandigarh)...in many Punjabi films (Ishq Nimana, Jigri Yaar, Vaari Jatt, Hankaar etc)...Active member of Chandigarh Institute of Performing Arts (CIPA)..In Nov/Dec'06, Mr.Ian Chappell, Australia's former Cricket Captain leart Bhangra during the ICC Championship Cricket Trophy match held at Mohali in Punjab.. And in National Cadet Corps (NCC)... Outstanding Cadet with several laurels..awarded "Roll of Honor" ... "Gallantry Award for Bravery" for saving the life of a cadet, as he fell down from the running superfast Grand Trunk (GT) Express train..and by the Grace of GOD...managed to save him... and these days he is a Doctor !
