If you have aloo/ cabbage/cauliflower/tindli/capsicum/ spinach or any well cooked subzi do not throw it away.
Heat / microwave the subzi for 1 minute. Take bread, cut out its sides, dip it in cold water, squeeze it, make a ball of the subzi, keep it in the centre and roll the bread into a ball covering the filling from all sides. Press well to ensure excess water is removed. Fry the bread balls till golden brown. Here it is - hot n crispy snack. Serve it with ketchup or any hot n spicy sauce/ dip for an exciting tasty evening snack with tea/ coffee.
