Hi everybody, i'm from mauritius

Ingredients:
3 tbls oil
1 tbl butter
1 fresh lobster tail, boiled & cut into pieces
salt, pepper
1 finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic crushed or finely slivered
4 ripe tomatoes (pureed in blender)
1 tbl lemon juice
chopped parsley
1 tbl cheese (optional)

Procedure:
(1) Heat oil, fry lobster pieces previously seasoned with salt & pepper. Remove keep aside.
(2) In the same pan fry onion and garlic for a minute. Add tomatoes, salt & pepper, mix & cook till all moisture evaporates.
(3) Stir tomato paste, lemon juice and lobster pieces into gravy. Check seasoning.
(4) Remove from heat sprinkle with chopped parsley and cheese if used.
(5) Serve with toasted bread.
