Aksar Gajar Ya Matar Ka Sabzi Pakate Samay Sabzi Ka Rang Ud (discolour) Ho Jaata Hain. Sabzi Mein ****ki Bhar Namak Daalein Aur Sabzi Ko Khol Kar Pakayein. Aisa Karne Se Sabzi Ka Rang Nahi Udega.

koi bhi sabzi banate samay, usme cream ke jagah par kharbooj ke beej (melon seeds) ko pees kar daal dein. aisa karne se sabzi ka swaad badh (increase) jaata hai aur isme cream ki tulnaa mein kam (less) caloriehoti hai.
