View Full Version : Bread Ke Stuffed Dahi Bade

[For Covering
Bread 16 slice
Lemon 1
Salt 1 tsp
Water 1 cup
Stuffing
Paneer ( cottage chees) 100 gm
Boiled peas 100 gm
Kaju tukada 10-15
Kishmish 15-20
Coriander ( chopped) 2 tbsp
Green chilly – ginger paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
oil
For Serving
Whisked dahi 1 kg
Red chilly pwd 1 tsp
Jeera pwd 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sweet chatani
Method
Mix panner,peas,kaju ,kishmish,coriander,green chilly ginger paste and salt.Cut Bread in round shape.Mix water, salt and lemon in a bowl.Wet your palm with salt lemon water.Take 1 bread slice and press it between your both wet palms.Take little stuffing and put on the slice. Take other slice and press it like first one in your palms ,now join them from all sides using salt lemon water.Make all badas and cover with wet cloth and keep in fridge for 30 mins.Heat oil in a shallow pan and fry all badas one by one till in golden colour.Take them out and keep them on butter paper to sock excess oil.Now put all badas in a dish,pour dahi on them and sprinkel red chilly and jeera pwd on them and add sweet chatani for taste..Serve immediatly...
