Bread ke Vade
Ingredients
Bread Slice 10
Rawa 4 tbsp
Green Chilly Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Coriander (chopped) 2 tbsp
Salt
Amchur pwd 1tbsp
Backing pwd ½ tsp
Oil for frying
Milk 1 -1.1/2 cup
Method
Sock bread slices in milk and leave for 5 min. Add rawa, chopped coriander, chilly ginger paste, salt, amchur pwd and backing pwd and mix thoroughly. It should be semi solid batter. Keep for 15 min. Heat oil in a pan, take little batter in your palm and flatten it. Make a hole in between and put it in hot oil one by one and fry all vadas on medium heat till golden brown. Decor with potato wafers and Serve them hot with green chatani and tomato ketchup.
