Recipe SUMMER SURPRISE

INGREDIENTS chopped water melon (white portion only) 2 cup
hung curd 2 cup
milk powder 1/2 cup
sugar 1/2 cup
FOR GARNISH red portion water melon cubes 1/2 cup

METHOD blend all the ingredients in liquidizer, keep it in freezer for 20-25 minutes.
remove pour in to a glass, garnish with red melon cubes on top & serve
