Emotional Quotient is the intelligent use of emotions. A person who is highly developed emotionally encompasses qualities that go beyond general intellectual intelligence and technical competency.
Today EQ is as important as IQ (Intelligence Quotient) because it helps us to be less reactive, more inclusive, more resilient and enroll others in a shared vision. Emotional Intelligence refers to the array of personal management and social skills that allows one to succeed in the work place and life in general.
