Pepper-wrapped Fish .
Ingredients (for 2 Persons) :

250 Gm Minced Fish
1 Tbsp Brandy
2 Inch Piece Minced Ginger
50 Gm Peas
50 Gm Shredded Mushrooms
50 Gm Shredded Green Onions
2 Tbsp Oil
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Square Of Greased Butter Paper

Method:
Mix Together All The Above Ingerdients .
Form Into Long Seekh Kabab.
Wrap Each Kabab In The Butter Paper.
Tuck In The Ends Securely.
Deep Fry To A Golden Colour .
Drain Thoroughly.
To Eat Drain The Centre With A Fork .
Serve With Sauce Of Your Choice .
