Why must anyone drop Sachin when he himself gets dropped(injuries) once a year.

Jokes apart, Sachin is a more than a mere player to get dropped for a string of low scores, he is a complete team man and he can justify his position in team on any grounds of merit. One good example for this will be after scoring 14146 runs in ODIs, Dravid on start of the England ODI series tells that India will miss Tendulkar as a bowler.

He has been batting just great, always shows the glimpses of the Tendulkar of the past, but not able to make good scores, he isn't struggling but he is unable to make a big one of late. But we will need someone like him to be with our youngsters, so they can play around him and learn more.

One main thing that misses in Tendulkar's fortee, is a world cup win, I am sure he will do all it takes to be there at West Indies' 07.

But I doubt anyone will have the guts to just drop him from the team. Tendulkar will know when to call it a day. But when he leaves, thats the day everyone who are thinking he must be axed now will know what he, Tendulkar has done for Indian cricket & how the face of Indian cricket will be without him.
