Poem
When Time who steals our years away
Shall steal our pleasures too,
The mem'ry of the past will stay,
And half our joys renew.

Poem
By BlueDreams
A heart so full, open and true
A quality possessed by so few
As a family tragedy did unfold
You put your dreams and hopes on hold
Your concentrating on home and hearth
Only proved to be a deviation in your path
With your talent once again on show
A career blossomed, with only one way to go
Nothing but pure effort, no time to sit
Came the first of many a hit
Some plans seem to go astray
Only to come to fruition another day
Once success finally came, you stayed the same
Even then, you never forgot from whence you came
Supporting children that are hungry and distressed
Once again you prove that you are a cut above the rest
Through your music and actions you have touched my heart
Alas, we are from different worlds, miles apart
Aging slowly long lost stirrings once again are being felt
The ice encompassing my heart is beginning to melt
With the exception of my daughter and mother
I allow myself feelings for no other
Leaving you on the pedestal which I have you on, way up high
Time for me to sit back, enjoy your work and watch the years go by

-- Summer II
Delicate, uncertain spring is past
Hot, lush grass bursts forth
Heat presses cheeks
Licking humid limbs
Fern uncurls
Slow opening up
Reach to touch
Rush of sap...
Pop
Opening lily bud
Pistils dangle, quaking
Pollen dusting, sticking, smearing
Drowsy bees
Sup nectar drops
Fat, guiltless summer
Spills abundant seeds
And sated, sleeps
Beneath the leafy trees.

Poem
By Britt
Intoxicated by your every touch
Perfection stumbles over each embrace
Drinking into the words I love so much
Impulsive shots; My heart begins to race
Liquored advances will quickly surface
My heart flip-flopping, a tumbling shove
Got me under the influence of love.

Poem
By SlaveToTheMusic
Love is but a battlefield, even the butterfly's shall fall,
Fighting their way through a field of broken landmines,
Pastel rainbows shielded from colors of black and white
And if there love is meant to be they wont give up the fight.
Electric fences will burn, with the obstacles placed ahead,
Crumbling the ones surrounding us, fading into the dark,
Shooting stars may vanish, learn to focus on the light,
Hold onto our love, you will make it through the night.
Let the plastic guns fire, they will only skim our wings,
Giving us sweet strength to float throughout the toxic air,
Dreams may disappear, but our hearts will always ignite,
Lets live a life of happiness, without the regret and spite.
Love is but a battlefield, even the butterfly's shall fall,
Fighting their way through a field of broken landmines,
Pastel rainbows shielded from colors of black and white
But through it all they made it, they never gave up the fight.

Poem
By Mr M
What voice have I to set your heart,
Embraced by Dream's desire,
With breath and breast deliciously
Ablaze in Longing's fire?
What touch have I to bring you warmth
And much desired peace
Which takes Love's madness from your soul
Where Longing has its lease?
How delicate your kiss must beat
Its moment moistly magic
From Passion's sacred luscious place
Apart from all so tragic.
What chance have I to have your love
Amidst your wondrous spirit?
What will it take to make you mine
And keep me ever near it?

By Niclean
Bubble wrap and popcorn
both are fun to pop
stepping on the bubbles
so addictive you can't stop
dive into the goodness
into never ending sounds
crackle pop, crackle pop
while jumping up and down
Bubble wrap and popcorn
not only made for packing
also helps as therapy
when you get to wacking
squeeze air out one by one
such a childhood delight
or pop the whole sheet of fun
annoying everyone in sight.

By Niclean
Where did all the penguins go
they are off to find their mate
penguins are monogamous
see they believe in fate
they search the ice high and low
for the one to spend their life
and fight the deadliest of seas
just to find a wife
always dressed in their finest
suit with the black and white bow
and when he looks into her eyes
she will be sure to know
that from that moment forward
they will always be together
when the penguins find true love
they stay in love forever.
or pop the whole sheet of fun
annoying everyone in sight.

Poem
By Marc Ortiz
I'm sitting alone in the darkness
Wondering why it all happened..
My dear friends betrayed me, abandoned me..
God, why did you forsake me in this hell..
My guardian angel once told me,
That she will be here when I'm down.
But she's not here beside me,
She left me without saying goodbye.
"Princess where are you..?
..I will die without your love.."
Did she forsake me in this cold life?
Someone please tell me that I'm dreaming..
My pathetic life, crippled by the pain within..
The agony inside me is tormenting my heart..
No one is here.. to comfort me..
I.. am.. No one in this world.
But why.. Why did everyone forsake me?
My angel, you promised me that you'll enlighten my path.
My love, you told me that you'll keep me warm from my cold life.
But where are you now? Gone - like the wind I cannot see you..
I look around and tears run down from my dejected eyes..
No one is here.. I'm alone in this frigid room
Why did this happen.. Someone please end my life..
I close my eyes and wished that I'd die..
When I opened my eyes I saw someone standing in front of me..
I asked, "Are you here to kill me?"
He smiled and replied, "No.. I'm here for you."
I came closer to him.. I reached out my hand..
..Suddenly.. I realized that he was just my reflection.

Friends Forever
Written with a pen
Sealed with a kiss
If you are my friend,
Please answer this:
Are we friends or are we not?
You told me once, but I forgot.
So tell me now and tell me true,
So I can say, I am here for you.
Of all the friends I've ever met,
You're the one I won't forget.
And if I die before you do,
I'll go to Heaven
And wait for you.

Friends Forever
This is a promise. . .
You are my friend and I hope you know that's true.
No matter what happens I will stand by you.
I'll be there for you whenever you need.
To lend you a hand to do a good deed.
So just call on me when you need me my friend.
I will always be there even to the end.

A friend is someone we turn to
When our spirits need a lift,
A friend is someone we treasure
For our friendship is a gift,
A friend is someone who fills our lives
With Beauty, Joy, and Grace
And makes the world we live in
A Better and Happier Place.

Around the corner I have a friend
In this great city that has no end,
Yet the days go by and weeks rush on,
And before I know it, a year is gone
And I never see my old friend's face,
For life is a swift and terrible race,
He knows I like him just as well,
As in the days when I rang his bell, and he rang mine.
We were younger then,
And now we are busy, tired men.
Tired of playing a foolish game,
Tired of trying to make a name.
"Tomorrow" I say "I will call on Jim"
"Just to show that I'm thinking of him."
But tomorrow comes and tomorrow goes,
And distance between us grows and grows.
Around the corner! - yet miles away,
"Here's a telegram sir - "Jim died today."
And that's what we get and deserve in the end.
Around the corner, a vanished friend.

I'M GLAD I'M A MAN
I'm glad I'm a man, you better believe.
I don't live off of yogurt, diet coke, or cottage cheese.
I don't bitch to my girlfriends about the size of my breasts.
I can get where I want to - north, south, east, or west.
I don't get wasted after only 2 beers,
And when I do drink I don't end up in tears.
I won't spend hours deciding what to wear.
I spend 5 minutes max fixing my hair.
And I don't go around checking my reflection
in everything shiny from every direction.
I don't whine in public and make us leave early,
and when you ask why get all bitter and surly.
I'm glad I'm a man, I'm so glad I could sing.
I don't have to sit around waiting for that ring.
I don't gossip about friends or stab them in the back.
I don't carry our differences into the sack
I'll never go psycho and threaten to kill you
or think every guy out there's trying to steal you.
I'm rational, reasonable, and logical too.
I know what the time is and I know what to do.
And I honestly think its a privilege for me
to have these two balls and stand when I pee.
I live to watch sports and play all sorts of ball.
It's more fun than dealing with women after all.
I won't cry if you say it's not going to work.
I won't remain bitter and call you a jerk.
Feel free to use me for immediate pleasure.
I won't assume it's permanent by any measure.
Yes, I'm so very glad I'm a man, you see.
I'm glad I'm not capable of child delivery.
I don't get all bitchy every 28 days.
I'm glad that my gender gets me a much bigger raise.
I'm a man by chance and I'm thankful it's true.
I'm so glad I'm a man and not a woman like you!
And now it's time for a rebuttal

Poem
She is not dead-but only flying higher, Higher than she's flown before, And earthly limitations Will hinder her no more. There is no service ceiling, Or any fuel range. And there is no anoxia Or need for engine change. Thank God that now her flight can be To heights her eyes had scanned, Where she can race with comets, And buzz the rainbow's span. For she is universal, Like courage, love and hope, And all free, sweet emotions Of vast and godly scope. And understand a pilot's fate Is not the thing she fears, But rather sadness left behind, Your heartbreak and your tears. So all you loved ones, dry your eyes, Yes, it is wrong that you should grieve, For she would love your courage more, And she would want you to believe. She is not dead. You should have known That she is only flying higher, Higher than she has ever flown.

I'M GLAD I'M A WOMAN
I'm glad I'm a woman, yes I am, yes I am.
I don't live off of Budweiser, Beer Nuts and Spam.
I don't brag to my buddies about my erections.
I won't drive to Hell before I ask for directions.
I don't get wasted at parties, and act like a clown.
And I know how to put that damned toilet seat down.
I won't grab your hooters, I won't pinch your butt.
My belt buckle's not hidden beneath my beer gut.
And I don't go around "re-adjusting" my crotch.
And yell like Tarzan when my headboard gets a notch.
I don't belch in public, I don't scratch my behind.
I'm a woman you see - I'm just not that kind!
I'm glad I'm a woman, I'm so glad I could sing.
I don't have body hair like shag carpeting.
It doesn't grow in my ears or cover my back.
When I lean over you can't see 3 inches of crack.
And what's on my head doesn't leave with my comb.
I'll never buy a toupee to cover my dome.
Or have a few hairs pulled from over the side.
I'm a woman, you know - I've got far too much pride!
And I honestly think it's a privilege for me,
to have these two boobs and squat when I pee.
I don't live to play golf and shoot basketball.
I don't swagger and spit like a Neanderthal.
I won't tell you my wife just does not understand,
or stick my hand in my pocket to hide that gold band.
Or tell you a story to make you sigh and weep,
then screw you, roll over and fall sound asleep!
Yes, I'm so very glad I'm a woman, you see.
Forget all about that old penis envy.
I don't long for male bonding, I don't cruise for chicks.
Join the Hair Club For Men, or think with my dick.
I'm a woman by chance and I'm thankful, it's true.
I'm so glad I'm a woman and not a man like you!

Eye of the Cyclone By Double'O Seven
Placid I sit while the world rages around me
Oblivious to events that others can see.
I am not blind but I choose to look away
Carrying on living my own world.
Placid I sit when friction is at its peak
When emotions run high and tempers flare.
My vantage point conceals nought
As I sit and observe silently.
Placid I sit watching the fun and games
Everyone is jovial, enjoying themselves.
My view from the outside bothers me not
As I watch on from a distance.
Placid I sit throughout the storms
When life gets crazy and panic sets in.
Somehow I stay above and fail to capsize
As the oars grow heavy in my arms.

Time By Fleur
I am proud to say this poem was written by my 9 year old daughter.

Time can be future or past,
A forgotten golden past,
Or a rich changing future.
What a wonderful time.

The Web By Rocky
Spinning timeless havens of wishes
Within forgotten corners,
And the deserted, dusty drawers
The silent spinner will craft silver quilts of silk.
Day by day,
Minute by minute,
The strands will form.
The oldest attics,
The dirtiest dumps,
They are the only galleries for such art.
Such priceless masterpieces,
No man can compete,
With the eight skilled hands
The composer completes his symphony.
Hanging in the air
Like a frozen glider,
And so we farewell
Our friend the spider.

The Roses Of Life by Smile4 Rosie
I've dreamed many dreams that never came true,
I've seen them vanish at dawn.
But I've realized enough of my dreams, thank God,
To make me want to dream on.
I've prayed many prayers, when no answers came,
Though I waited so patient and long,
But answers came to enough of my prayers
To make me keep praying on.
I've trusted many a friend who failed
And left me to weep alone,
But I've found enough of my friends to be true
To make me keep trusting on.
I've sown many seeds that fell by the way
For the birds to feed upon,
But I've held enough golden sheaves in my hands
To make me keep sowing on.
I've drained the cup of disappointment and pain
And gone many days without song,
But I've sipped enough nectar from the roses of life
To make me want to live on.

I Like Hugs By Sadie
It's wonderous what a hug can do,
A hug can cheer you when you're blue.
A hug can say, 'I love you so'...
Or, 'I hate to see you go'.
A hug is 'Welcome back again!'
And 'Great to see you!' or 'Where've you been?'
A hug can soothe a small child's pain,
And bring a rainbow after rain.
The hug! There's just no doubt about it,
We scarcely could survive without it.
A hug delights and warms and charms.
It must be why God gave us arms.

Mom & Dad By Night Shadow
It was Christmas and I didn't know what to get my parents. I gave them this and framed it too, for them to treasure...
Written on Friday, 25th of December 1998
From the moment I was born into the world, my mind was so pure.
My mom holding me in her arms and making me feel very secure.
I open my eyes gently and see the smile upon my mother’s face.
The happiness and joy of giving birth to a child in amazing sweet grace.
My father approaches with ease to witness his precious new-born.
To love this child of theirs and to care for it, is what they have sworn.
His feeling of pride and dignity has prolonged to exist from within.
Their fragile child is one of a kind and amongst others, very genuine.
Teaching me how to eat, crawl, count to 10 and how to walk.
Learning all the things in life, asking lots of questions, learning to talk.
Losing my first tooth, my very first haircut and my 1st birthday.
Until I reach my teenage years, going out every night on Saturday.
Sharing the fun and laughter from very special memories from the past.
Receiving valuable gifts and unique occasions that will always last.
Caring so much for my health and safety whenever I’m very sick.
Healing my body and soul, which makes my pounding heart tick.
Punishing me when I’m bad, giving me sweets when I’m good.
Raising me the best way you can with an unforgettable childhood.
Both of you have always been there for me whenever I am down.
Feeling sad and blue, you comforted me, gave me a smile from a frown.
Tucking me into bed when it is very late and dark at night.
Telling me there are no such things as monsters to give me a fright.
Constantly telling me to get off the phone for staying far too long.
Whenever I’m always right, you are sometimes telling me I’m wrong.
Although we have fights with each other, we will always forgive.
You both understand me very well and that I’m very sensitive.
All the hard work and time you both put in, for me to be satisfied.
Searching for the right path, you have always been there to guide.
I’m very honoured and very lucky to have parents like you.
Always there to help me with my problems, to get me through.
Throughout the years, even when you are both old and grey.
I’ll take care of you and love you more and more each day.
Without you both in my life, I don’t know where I will be.
Lonely and scared, my soul would be incomplete, living in agony.
No matter how I turned out to be, you’ve always loved me constantly.
I owe you my life and my undying love which runs in my blood endlessly.
Staying together and sharing the love that makes our family whole.
I will always love you mom and dad, with all my heart and soul.

Only with you By Cassandra
How would you feel
If he told you
That he loved you?
How would you react
If you knew
That he was sincere?
How could you tell
If you loved him
As much as he loves you?
And how would you stop
The feeling in your heart
If he wanted to be
Only with you?

Boredom By Tanzy
Too many people,
Wondering what to do.
Too many people,
Are leaving so soon.
Boredom has set in,
taking over their minds.
Something for them to do,
Is proving difficult to find.
No matter where you are,
Or no matter who you're with,
There's always something to do,
Or there's help that you can give.
Boredom is an excuse,
For us to hide away.
We should find a list of things to do,
And give boredom away.

North by North-West By Crunchybug
I'd love to see the world,
from one end to the other.
Just me and our wondrous planet,
each country, one after another.
From castles of times gone by,
to the islands of sunshine and sand,
and up the volcanoes and hilltops,
such an experience would be grand.
I can't wait to see the world,
though I love my country so
the red dust plains, summer rains
and hardly any snow.
I'd head north by north-west,
and work my around,
'til I get back to Australia,
and my journey is homeward bound.
But there is so much here to see,
and lots that I still have to do.
So my travel plans are put on hold
until when - I haven't a clue!

The Letter on The Table By Grandad
Dear Mum and Dad my sister called, for me to come and stay
She says she stays with angels, and they love to laugh and play
It sounds so good to me, to laugh and play and run
For the house that I was living in, wasn't really any fun
Now Mum and Dad I'm sure you know, that we loved you, very much
And the times we had together, formed bonds and strength and such
But when my sister left us, I just felt so alone
And I know that you understand, by the care that you have shown
Please tell all our loved ones, that we appreciate them so
As we couldn't tell them one by one, before we had to go
As Aunty Karren's poppets, as Nanna's pumpkin pies
As Grandad's cheeky little girls, stand tall within our eyes.
Now to our sister Casey, we would want for you to know
That we felt every touch of yours, that helped to make us grow
But we wait for you to come, and play with us one day
And the family will be together, when all of you can stay.
So Mum and Dad, we write to you, this letter as a start
and leave it on the table, the table, of your heart.
So we above look out for you, from where we laugh and play
And send to you, all our love, Signed, Courtney and Caitlin Jae.

MMM Modem By Quomm
I'm a happy little surfer,
I zoom the Internet.
I've found a few places,
where I'm happy just to sit.
But, with a curling up of cords,
and a quite unpleasant smell.
I quickly figured out the fact,
that my modem wasn't well.
I clicked and clicked, and got nowhere,
no matter how I tried.
Forget the fact it wasn't well...
the rotten thing had died!
So armed with all my info,
I headed for the store.
I needed a new modem,
I'd get it, I was sure.
But, not being software savvy,
They spot me from afar.
With the rubbish that they sprout,
I could fertilize the yard.
I show my piece of paper,
with all the notes I've made.
But all that does, is instigate,
another long tirade.
Not to be defeated, I smile,
and let them sqwark.
Turn, and leave, and grab a mate,
who I KNOW can talk the talk.
We're in and out in 5 minutes flat,
I can hardly wait.
He hooks me up, I'm back online,
aah, God bless my mate.

Nana By Sarah82
If only I was brave enough to stop and say goodbye,
If only I was strong enough to try and understand why,
I hope you know how much I love you each and every day,
And I dont think I'll ever understand why God took you away.
I'll never forget your happy smiling face,
Or how things always tasted better at Nana's place,
And although I can no longer see you, somehow I know you're near,
Watching over me forever and always holding me dear.

Forgotten World By Rachiebabe
When a breeze blows gently over the ocean
And the waves come gracefully in,
The birds above sing songs of devotion
as the dolphins wave with a fin.
The sky above is clear and blue.
Palm trees calmly sway.
Cool air smells so fresh, so new,
As the sun sets for the day.
With stars that shimmer bright and high
And the moon lights up a path.
The water seems to touch the sky,
As nature weaves her craft.
Slowly as the sun comes up,
The crystal ocean begins to wake.
The seagulls circle high above
as the dawn begins to break.
All the trees are tall and proud.
Glistening waterfalls flow while they can.
Alas it comes, that fatal cry,
"Stand your ground, it's come, it's man!"

The Wrong Prescription By The Phantom Poet
As I sit and watch the sun start to fall
Days of history, in my thoughts are recalled
It could have been different, our world today
Had but one man, not got his way
For this man I speak of, he prescribed a war
And all for what, to settle a score
The year in question, was nineteen fourteen
Irrational man, had the future he’d seen
Orders were spoken, not to be undone
Thus the beginning of World War One
Years passed on, more battles were fought
The result of the first, no lessons it taught
New age weapons would fall from the sky
As the human race continues to die
Eulogies read, praising all so brave
Did it make a difference, says their voice from the grave
So spare a thought if you can today
Are you the type that gets your way
If the answer yes, is clearly seen
Remember back to nineteen fourteen.

Welcome to EMC By DiDee
Log on and grab a cup of tea,
Welcome to E-M-C.
Do some shopping, gain some points,
Type away till there are aches in your joints.
This is one site that's never agitating,
There's always a listening ear awaiting.
Answer an email, fill in a survey,
Earn more points... hip hip hooray.
Tell all your friends what they're missing,
Let's get them all E-M-Cing.

Dear Mum By Fred
When the dark night has no moon
you're my guarding light
you're an angel in the day
and a shooting star at night.
You're there if I'm in trouble
you're there when i am right
you listen to my problems
and turn stormy days to bright.
You're always there to listen
you're always there to care
whenever i need you,
You are always there.
So thank you on this special day
and on the others, too.
I wish everyone in the world
could have a mum like you.
This was written by my daughter at the age of 12. And she still writes me things now and she's 18.
I love her heaps and thank God I have a daughter like her. Thank you Kiera.

Make Believe By Evelyn MacKay
Elves, pixies, fairies and gnomes
Live in the gardens of many homes
Little children yell, "Hey Mum,
Come and see what they have done."
Some Mums are smart
And know in their heart
How soon the magic fades
From the garden’s sunny glades
So run with the kids to see
Whatever there might seem be
Recalling many fond memories
Of childhood fairies among the trees.

Silence By Cara Louise
I wait, I wait forever it seems.
Longing for something,

wanted them to stop arguing.
It would be quiet then.
Perhaps then I could cry in peace.

Angel of Mine By Reggie Leogel
You know I must thank the heavens?
For they gave me a gift too true
A girl full of beauty, heart and soul
A girl that lifts me from the blues
An angel to my name
Is something I hardly deserve
Someone so kind and caring
Is this a dream, am I in love?
She sends me kisses
And wishes me well
I’m entranced, dazed
Too confused, I cannot tell
Confused on why and how she was sent
Why the most part
But the one thing I do know
Is I love her with all my heart
An angel with a mortal’s name
A mere name to these winds’ ears
But everything and anything to me
Tegan, I love you here
The heavens sent me you
And that is everything I’ve wished to gain
You are my angel with heart of gold
And a smile sweet as rain
Tegan, you are my angel
Blessed am I to have you
And I love you with everything I have
Time through and through

Silence By Cara Louise
I wait, I wait forever it seems.
Longing for something,
but it's out of reach.
If only I could trap silence,
I could use it whenever I
wanted them to stop arguing.
It would be quiet then.
Perhaps then I could cry in peace.
I’m entranced, dazed
Too confused, I cannot tell
Confused on why and how she was sent
Why the most part
But the one thing I do know
Is I love her with all my heart
An angel with a mortal’s name
A mere name to these winds’ ears
But everything and anything to me
Tegan, I love you here

And that is everything I’ve wished to gain

You came along By Amaryl
My life was perfect until you came along
All you did was ruin it
You turned my happiness into sadness
You caused me to feel pain that one cannot tell
Only feel
You challenged me...
To be strong
To endure
To not be afraid
And to be careful of whom I choose for guidance
For only a rare amount of people could understand
My pain, understand me
Coz the face you show on the outside of me is merely
A distraction
A distraction from what is really going on
Because inside of me is my true identity
But before I let it show
I must find a way to let it go
And I wonder...
People say that their hearts have been broken
But is there such a thing as a heart literally being
Broken in half?

Vodka Hit and Run By Andrea Sunny
Cordial correspondence
amongst the midnight air
fragile augmentation
corrupted evil stare
dare you take the angel
designed to kiss the stars
anointing tainted feathers
with rubber from unmarked cars
brittle are the innocent
within a vodka conversation
scattered on the street of sin
hit and run devastation
~ Hit and Run accident,
leaves a young lady paralyzed ~
When will people stop
drinking and driving?
I dedicate this poem
to a sweet angel....age 22

The Place I love By Twinkles
I wrote this poem when I was thirteen after returning from a family holiday to Ireland.
There is a place between the hills,
That I so dearly love,
The land slopes down to the water's edge,
And towers high above.
It towers high above the lakes,
The lakes so blue and deep,
That when you gaze upon their beauty,
You almost want to weep.
The hills, so green and high,
Make you feel so tiny,
As they reach up to the sky.
The lakes they stretch far and wide,
Across the beautiful glen.
They stretch across the valley floor,
As they flow around the bend.
It is a majestic scene to see,
The tall green hills
Above the water blue,
Just waiting, waiting till,
I return to this wonderful land,
And I stand upon a rock
To gaze once more, upon a place called Glenalough

Aussie Barbie By Evelynn Kaye
Around the barbie, Aussies gather,
beer in one hand, snag in the other.
“Cobbers?” asked one. Where’d Bluey go?”
A Jo Blow replied, “How the heck would we know?”
Another said, “Bet he’s gone to chunder.”
“Naw, he’s gone to the dunny ya silly bugger.”
“No, ya dopey berk, he’s shot through,
he and his missus had a hell of a blue.
Ridgy-didge she got real darn narky,
and said old Blue is a bloody old alkie.
Fair dinkum, she reckons old Blue’s got
roos runnin’ loose in the top paddock
Poor Blue just wanted to try his luck
this Satdee-arvo, at two up.”
Swaying, unsteady on their feet and looking glum
the blokes felt sorry for Blue, their old chum
“Blue is a few stubbies short of a six pack,” one did state
“yeah,” said another, “but ya couldn’t ask for a better mate.”
“That’s true. Let’s drink to the silly old Wally.
Here’s to a true mate, Blue, a fair-dinkum-Aussie.”
Raising their amber they took a swig
“Hey, this is Blue’s esky,” lifting the lid,
looking in, “His cans are in a neat stack
silly bugger left his booze here ... he’ll be back.”
“Hey, Old Blue’s back from walkabout,”
another bellowed. “He looks all tuckered out.”
A happy voice shouted, “Give him a coldie, he’ll be jake.”
Another laughed, “Yeah, won’t be long, he’ll soon flake.”

Baby Joanna`s Poem By MaDa
Written by Nan.
Welcome to your baby girl,
Joanna - a delight,
You just can't bear to put her down,
You want to hold her tight,
Skin as smooth as satin,
A tiny button nose,
She is truly perfect,
From her head down to her toes.
You'll watch her every milestone,
Wait for her first words,
You'll show her nature's beauty,
The flowers, the trees, the birds.
The heavens surely smiled on you,
To give you such a treasure,
May she have good health, good luck,
And a life that's filled with pleasure!

Cry in my sleep By Evilfairy
Cry in my sleep when my heart’s calling out
Better done quietly – better not shout.
Hiding that feeling, don’t call it by name
I can only imagine you’re doing the same.
I walk through my life and pretend it’s not there
This hole in my heart, my dream with it’s tear.
I smile and I breathe when it’s my cue
But when will it heal, this damage from you?
I feel at some point I’ll cease to be sane
How can I continue when I’m in all this pain?
I hide it so well. I am so clever.
So long as I believe it will all come together.
But am I alone with these thoughts of mine?
Should I talk to you or just give it time?
Will it go on and how long do I wait?
There goes that pendulum – now love, now hate
I stand and I linger. You know I am here.
Perhaps, just maybe, you too, are in fear
To mention what, beneath the years, lie
Whatever it was that first made me cry.
I guess I’ll go on, pretend nothing’s wrong
But I always remember when I hear a certain song
Or sometimes I weep when I read aloud from a book
That reminds me of the love that from me you took.
I choose not to stay and on this to dwell
Waiting for you to come to me and to tell
The mistake you made has filled you with regret.
So I’ll put it aside, but I’ll never forget.

Red Slash Abyss By Dragoness
A thin red stretch
to part the ocean and sky
and paint a picture of the horizon
on an earthly canvas
below resides blood splattered
swirling indigo waters
framed to a gold blanket
of air and silver luminous clouds
the scene glorifying the night sky
somehow, its night
could you plummet into this red division?
and fall forever
never hit the water
or sky
simply plunge
watching ocean and sun whip by
huge
into a glorious
eternal
red abyss.

Symphony Of The Sea
By Alwye
The smoky breath of Poseidon,
Billowing over wintered wings.
Gracefully touched by ice maidens,
Silent thoughts magically sing.
The mother's crystalline wine,
Flows over verdant isles.
Glimmering like an ancient shrine,
A mirror expanding endless miles.
A melody floats upon the tides,
Lingering within cool sprays.
Upon creamy foam the tune rides,
And silver notes gently raise.
Sweetened with an aqua hue,
The mermaid song plays on.
Secrets of the depths are viewed,
Unlocked by the coming dawn.
A symphony soars within the light,
Sea nymph voices floating high.
Within the sound I hear her might,
Echoing where ocean meets sky.
The crystal opera begins to fade,
Becoming now a hymn of the sea.
Memories fall in a final cascade,
Reminding that the song shall always be.

Untitled By Girl Friend
i gave you my love
you threw it away
i tried to leave
you forced me to stay
i wanted to go
but you said no way
you said you wouldn't
hurt me
you lied, but hey
it's nothing to you
just another lie
just one more
to add to the pile
i said please let me go
you're acting too tough
you ruined my life
isn't that enough?
now i lie here
forcing you out of my head
it isn't working
i'm facing
you instead
i thought you loved me
but you left me to die
all of the things
you have done
why?

Captain Kirk Limerick By Usagi
A Star Trek club once had a limerick competition in which the requirement was to base a limerick on Kirk. This is the one I wrote which won me the prize.
There was a fat man named James Kirk,
Who destroyed a starship while at work,
He was recently promoted,
So he was merely demoted,
And left the court room with a smirk.

The Australian Sunset By Kit T Kat
The red-gold sun set slowly
Behind the craggy cliffs,
The clouds were trimmed with gold
Their cheeks with colours kissed.
Shadows grew long and gentle
Animals went to rest,
A lone kookaburra laughed
At the evening star in the west.
The fiery scorpion brightened
The moon’s gentle light shone,
On thousands of black leather wings
Bats came – and were gone.
The earth’s breath dropped
And in silence she lay,
And rested in purple blackness
At the dying of the day.

Classic Jigsaw By Poss058
This is a true story!
Travelling the Outback of Australia,
We stopped to rest in our plight,
A little stray puppy dog,
Was also resting the night.
Nobody knew where he was from,
He'd been wondering the bush
For how long?
He was a little thin,
We just had to take him in.
He flew to our home on the plane,
He must have known,
'Cause he didn't complain.
His name is 'Jigsaw'.
He is made up of so many parts,
He's the sort of dog,
That wins many, many hearts!

My Life To Live By Daynah
I started my life so young and small,
Just a little baby knowing nothing at all,
Then I got stronger and started to grow,
Taller and taller as each day goes.
I took a few steps and spoke a few words,
living and learning as each day turns.
Now I'm a toddler so big and strong,
I'm always doing something wrong,
Playing inside with tennis balls,
and scribbling on my bed room walls.
Should I do good or should I do bad,
I just don't know,
I'm now a teenager with a mind of my own.
Playing loud music, partying all night,
or maybe getting drunk 'til I can't stand up right.
I'm turning into an adult and getting more brains,
I've stopped my partying and I'm choosing a lane.
Now I'm an adult with still lots more ahead,
but now I'm wondering when I will be dead.
Will I have children and will I get married,
Who knows what the future will carry?

Untitled By Theressa Nicole
In an atmosphere of gloom
I sit alone in my room
Crazed thoughts run through my brain
As I hear sounds of the midnight train
When all has gone wrong
I try so hard to be strong
Hold back all the tears
And overcome my doubts and fears
The past has left my heart in so much pain
And yet here I go loving again
Only this time more than ever
Feeling something I said I'd never
Creating my very own fantasy world
I'll soon become the luckiest girl
If my dream of love ever comes true
You'll never forget how I love you
Your heart never has to fear
That I will someday disappear
If you want me I'm forever
My darling we'll always be together
You are my life the reason I live
There's just so much love one can give
My heart and soul are yours only
Here always so you'll never be lonely
I could go on and on about what I feel
These feelings I have are all so real
But what if there is a day
When you'll come to me and say
That you don't love me as you should
And ask my forgiveness if I could
You'd say to me it's best if we're just friends
And this is where the nightmare begins
You see my love for you will never die
You'll know from the tears I cry
Without you my life will be incomplete
I'll cry all night and refuse to eat
My appetite for life will forever be gone
Don't let me go I hate being alone
How on earth will I ever survive
When only you can keep my heart alive
Will I have to experience another heartache
I gave all my love what else will it take
These are the things I worry about
Whether it's me you want to live with or without
If loving you means letting go
With all respect I must do so
If your loving heart is willing to stay
Well you know what I want to say...
.... >I love you

Sunday Blues By Sax
Laying there alone
silence in the room
surrounding noise deafening
the rain is pelting down.
Where did the sun
suddenly run away to,
has it fallen
from grace with you?
Patterns in the sand
of where we went
now go in circles
surrounding my head.
Words were whispered
close to you
sharing secrets honestly
from a heart that bled.
Droplets now are falling
as clouds loom, overhead
drowning in the sadness
of what was really said.
Where did the sun hide
it was here, inside me
shining like a beacon
it was my only guide.
Patterns in the sand
turn to swollen streams
finally engulfing me
drowning within my head.

Over You By Naturopath
So, I read through your old love letters
Listened to those tapes you sent
It’s funny how the sky got darker
As I cried myself to sleep again
Sort through dreams all in my head
The nightmares scare me half to death
And rain is beating hard against my window
I close my eyes till I see tomorrow
I walk these streets alone again
Taste the evening spells begin
It’s funny how people change
As time goes by, the love does fade
Take a while to design a life
A new goal a new truth
And sun does shine within my heart
Though close my eyes I know we’re apart
Take a glance
To somewhere else
There he stands and smiles at me
I see there is a room to breathe
Dream away in this new world
His face alight with loving glow
His touch shoots lightening through
His words to me echoes you
You will always be there
But now a distant past
A fond memory of love
Forever in my heart
I will always think of you
And thank you for this time
For I have happiness on my side
‘Cause I am over and over
You.

Grandma By Cabbie
With red-apple cheeks and snow-white hair
Grandma sits in her rocking chair,
Rocking gently all day long
Sometimes singing snatches of song.
Is she remembering the good old days,
Pretty words and winsome ways.
Or all the young men that she knew ~
Soldiers, sailors, and pilots too.
Off to face the foe they went,
With sad farewells, and letters sent.
So many fell on that distant shore,
To return to their loved ones nevermore.
But her special young man came home whole
And soon they were one, body and soul ~
Through thick and thin their love was strong,
Their life together was happy and long.
But then it happened, late last year ~
Grandpa left his wife so dear;
Going gently as he dozed one day,
Grandma’s sweetheart was stolen away.
Now she sits there, alone once more,
Rocking chair ticking on polished floor,
Waiting to hear that beloved voice,
"It’s time to go dear, now hurry up Joyce."

A Dreamer Wakes By Russel Henri
Dreaming, dreaming of a new life.
One of the worlds,
One of the times,
One where a daughter can hold her mother,
One where a son can hold his father,
For protection,
For safety,
For love.
Dreaming, dreaming of a new world.
One of life,
One of love,
One where Recognition and admiration,
One where Presidents and nations,
Mean protection
Mean safety,
Mean love.
A dreamer, a dreamer I am.
Prayers and wishes are mine
Held above all
And remembered before anything
Forgotten by everyone
And told to no-one
My protection,
My safety,
My love.
Wake up, wake up, awake I must
The dawn has come.

For Vee By Starsvoice
Where is the girl
that I used to know?
I loved her, trusted her
never thought she would go.
With her pretty pink dress
and her short amber hair
Every time that I sought her,
she'd always be there.
Now she is gone
and I do not know why.
I am alone in this world
as I watch time pass me by.
I sit by the lake
of the thoughts in my head.
Wishing I was with that
little girl instead.
But in truth I'm not really
as alone as it seems.
The little girl lives still
in my heart and my dreams.
Maybe one day I'll find her
and then I will see,
if I can admit that
the little girl is me.

My Little Angel By Zoof
My little Angel Way up high
Watching as the world goes by.
Smile at me & pull me near
For your voice I love to hear.
Share with me all your thoughts
Of all the joy that you have brought.
Let me fly with you on your cloud
I’ll be quiet, for I’m not loud.
We will share a moment in time
A special moment just yours & mine.
An interlude that will last forever
Kept close to my heart a tie I will not sever.
For today you are mine all mine
With a love that will stand the test of time.
So my little Angel whisper sweet
For your love is my special treat.
I pledge to you I’ll be your Valentine

Season's Of My Life By Carrots
Spring of my life started the day I was born, from a baby through to a young child.
Not a care in the world to worry about, growing so free and so wild.
Summer was a time to remember
The young lady, the wife, the mother
A time filled with so many memories
I wouldn't wish for any other.
As I approach the autumn of my life
I look back over the years,
The joys, the heartbreak, the family
Leave my face wet with tears.
Winter is a time I know I have to face,
But not for a few years yet.
When I have everything in it's right place,
I'll know my course is set.

It's not my dream or my imagination,
But the urge of my emotions
that makes me feel attracted to
one of gods creations.
Looking at him is my only action,
As a means of communication,
How can I show my affection if his
in another section,
I cant' seem to find any solution
to end my confusion.
I'm not even sure of my emotion,
Is it love or admiration.
But one thing is for certain,
He is my inspiration.

Uluru By Dove
I left to visit Ayers Rock
And came home from Uluru.
You stand alone
Monolithic in the barrenness,
A massive hulk –
Crooks, crannies, crevices,
Birthing caves, marriage caves.
One side men’s business,
The other women’s business.
What history and mystery
You have seen over millennia!
Did God project you there?
A Mecca in the wilderness.
Like an iceberg
Two-thirds of you underground.
Yet you stand tall and proud.
To walk around you
Takes two and a half hours –
To understand your spirit
A lifetime.
At sunset and sunrise
You’re a symphony of colours,
Mauves, reds, browns, purples –
And in the dark you still glow.
Yes, I went to Ayers Rock
And came back from Uluru.
Now the essence of the Dreaming
Lives within me.

Morning Dew By Supa_Star
As I look upon my window pane
I notice drops of little rain
No wait it is the morning dew
Looking so fresh and very new
I wander out, outside my door
And hear a very frightening roar
It was perhaps a bit of lightning
Which felt very, very frightening
I wander further evermore
Thinking that this is not a bore
What's this I've come across I see
I have stumbled upon a bumblebee
"Come with me bumblebee
And see the view amongst the morning dew"
As we continue down the track
We cannot even think to look back
Along the track we meet a bear
With a happy sort of glare
The bear then leads us to a gorgeous place
Full of heaps of wonderful grace
Then I heard a tremendous sound
It was coming from a mound
It's a volcano about to erupt
This is indeed an enormous corrupt
Bang! I have bumped my head
I must have bumped it on my bed
Oh! It was all just a dream
Or as it would just happen to seem
I looked upon my window pane and noticed drops of little rain
And you can guess the rest or few it all started with the morning dew!

But I have all I will ever need
You made all my wishes come true

You made my life complete.
With just one sweet kiss
You lit the stars in our sky.

Trouble with Love By Blackheartslove
I thought that you loved me
But I couldn't have been more wrong
I thought that you cared
But it was only in my head
I gave you so much power
I let my heart ride in your hands
Now it lays broken and shattered
And my tears are spilled because I'm such a stupid girl
Every time I glance your way
You won't look me in the eye
Every time I talk to you
You never say a word
I opened up my heart to you
And you broke it in two
As the rain falls down I look up at the sky
Hoping to wash your memory from my mind
But still I see your face
Every time I close my eyes
I want to let you go
But I cling to what will never be
Is the story always the same?
I'm falling with no one to catch me
Why do I hold on to you
When you've left me nothing but heartache
That's the trouble with love
My heart won't listen to my head
I cannot break away
That's the trouble with love
It breaks your heart and tears your soul
Leaves you out in the pouring rain
That's the trouble with love
It's a binding chain, impossible to break free

a few pieces left to sew together
and a few parts replaced by sticks.
a heart that's made of nothing
but full of all there is.
so much life within
so much love to give.
laughter like no other
bullheaded to the end.
complicated as they come
but easy to comprehend.
scared of more than what you think
fears nothing just the same.
presumably unbreakable
but that's all part of the game.

Is this love or more?? By MeEra
Why is it when i see you
i can't help but smile!
and when i talk to you
i get that feeling that i want to fly!!
you tell me that you love me
but i can't help but thinking that i love you more
I'm afraid to tell you that
because you are my core!!
it's fascinating the way i feel
like a 5 year old kid
that doesn't know what is it that's real
i just don't know what i feel!!
sometimes i feel that you're away
that you've met another girl
that you've forgotten me
and fallen for her flair
but then you come back again
with as much love as I've ever dreamed of
i know that I'm plain
I'm nothing extra..
but i love you the way you love me
and i love the way you love me
i just don't know what is that voice?
that makes me think about you
and everything you do:
of what you eat?
of how you sleep??
of how you speak??
what makes you smile??
and what brings you tears??
is this love or what??
i don't think so!!
it's so much more!!
without you life is not life!
love is not love!!
even me is not truly me!!
i love you more than words can say
so what more do you want me to say!!
to say about me loving you!
i love you, believe me
in a strange way no matter what you do!
the way i love chocolate ice-cream in a summer day
the way i love you more than a hundred praise
the way i love you more than gold and diamond!!
I'm going crazy over you
I'm head over heals
i know it's alot
but it's not soon that I'll heal!!
i look at you all the time
but that day i looked at you
i saw you looking back at me
that second my heart skipped a beat
a smile tinted on my face
my cheeks turned red
and i felt something sweet!!
all of that because you looked back at me
so imagine what i would do
if you held my hand or said you loved me too!
just IMAGINE!!
can you tell me something
i promise i won't tell anybody!
what's the secret behind these looks
isn't it my right to know what's it that have changed me
what have drove me crazy!!
I've found the one
so I'm never letting you go
i know that you love me
that's what makes me breath harder
and love you more!!
*you are everything to me and more..!!*

Together in the Wind By Amanda
As I sit and wonder why,
Thoughts of you go by,
To know that you're not here,
I miss you with all my heart,
Because deep inside,
It's cold and dark.
Like a tree,
The grows for days,
I know that what I feel,
Will never go away.
One day we'll meet again,
And it will be like,
Blowing side-by-side in the wind,
Until then,
My best friend.

Stipulations By Tiffany
Color me foolish and i shall have not a care
cuz i do what i do...when i do, when i dare.
no one asked if you wanted to ride
but show me you will and then jump on the tide.
knock down these walls and i will open the door
but if you fool me once, you will fool me no more.

In search of......By Tiffany
Something worth saving
something worth keeping around
something I've been craving
something that is sound
something of importance
something hard to find
something everlasting
something that is mine
nothing you could imagine
nothing like you've had
nothing worth replacing
nothing like the past
nothing to take for granted
nothing like before
nothing should compare
there should be nothing like having more.

The poison running through my veins. By PirateRAWRR
Stale and cold, inhaling second hand air
and its amazing how the one thing keeping me alive,
could be slowly killing me, i can feel my insides deteriorate
the arteries shriveling up
as if my blood, poison,
no remedy, no detox
my bodies own immune system the only hope at this stage
and i guarantee you hope, is running out,
time has, once again
escaped us.
I'm searching for an avenue, not yet exhausted
there is one path that i have not dared search,
and i cant find it, misplaced by god knows what
no through road, street signs
block access that is clearly viable,
yet still i cannot find you.
and hope has all but run dry,
time, escaping us.
and in my final hours,
admits agonizing memories of regret
i realize the poison in my veins
kept me stable for only so long,
the poison in my veins that got me through
was you.

Alive By Tiffany
Siphon the best of me.
cuz i am nothing within
how do i live
after all of my sins
guilt destroys all
that i could have been
now i am left
all alone again
there is nothing inside, after all of the lies.
help me go on, make me alive.
breathe into me, some of your sanity
i wanna be whole, i want to survive.
what is this
that i have become
i am breaking away
i have to run
you ripped away
all of my dreams
you tried to make me
something you've seen
without me to blame
lets see what you are
once i break away
and leave you with scars.

Lipgloss and Black - Lyrics -By DanceHallDrugx3
Chorus
She smears her face with lipgloss and black -
Catch her eyes and watch her back.
Memories playing like a film without sound -
As she continuously falls back to the ground.
Verse1
She cries blood red tears with a razor blade -
Knowing that soon her life will fade.
But how could she be this way still?
As she admits the fact she lost her will.
Verse2
Pile on the heartache, with a sprinkle of deceit;
She lost her appetite and her desire to eat.
She is broken and hurtin'; lost in this world -
Of pretty blue eyes and hair that is curled.
Chorus
She smears her face with lipgloss and black -
Catch her eyes and watch her back.
Memories playing like a film without sound -
As she continuously falls back to the ground.
Verse3
Just 'cause she's different, she is shunned;
Forced out of life and forced out of fun.
So she cries blood red tears in attempt to change,
Her messed up life, so rearranged.
Chorus
She smears her face with lipgloss and black -
Catch her eyes and watch her back.
Memories playing like a film without sound -
As she continuously falls back to the ground.
Bridge
She smiles plastic smiles and learned how to fake it -
Deep down inside she just can't begin to take it.
Verse4
Tears are still falling, but not from her eyes -
They're falling from the people, to late to realize.
Her life was scarred, to gone to be saved
As the bury her with tears in her grave.
Chorus
She smeared her face with lipgloss and black -
You should've caught her eyes and watched her back.
Memories were playing like a film without sound -
Now she has fallen, for the last time, to the ground.

For ever we will be friends By Samantha
Friends are made to fill in the empty places of our hearts,
They are made to do that when the friendship starts.
True friends will talk to you everyday,
They will be with you and forever to stay.
Some family you will find as best friend,
Then there will be no reason for that bond to end.
Sometimes you will find them really insane,
But there are no words that can explain.
For ever they will be your friend,
They will stay by your side until the very end.

Stormy weather By Tiffany
You make an angry ocean out of the calmest of seas
a storm that rips through me so angrily
my waves forced to crash against the undeserving sand
a current so swift that even i can barely stand
i await for calmer weather-for the rain to subside
once the sky is clear there's no anger left inside
and the beautiful sunlight bears down on me
as i return once again to a calm deep blue sea

LIFE IS TOO SHORT By Kelli
Life is too short
grudges are a waste of perfect happiness
laugh when you can
apologize when you should
and let go of what you can't change
love deeply and forget quickly
take chances give everything
and have no regrets
life is too short to be unhappy
you have to take the good with the bad
smile when you're sad
love what you got
and always remember what you had
always forgive but never forget
learn form your mistakes
but never regret
people change and things go wrong
but always remember...
LIFE GOES ON!!!!!!

I'll wait at heavens Gates By Ctmskh
I want to say it,
But I don't know where to begin.
I'd give you my last breath,
if it's the last one left.
And waiting for you would be my last kiss,
For everything that I'd miss.
And while im there I'll wait for you.
I'll wait at heavens gates,
or I'll tell Lucifer that I cant come in
"Not without my love."
I know sometimes I'll miss the world,
all the places that I've been,
but I wont go without you
not now or till the end.
Behind these eyes,
you know what's really there.
Sarah We love each other,
and we let each other care.
I'll be there in your life
through all our many travels
In and out of the good and bad
as the weave of life unravels.
A future still lies ahead of us,
and we'll survive it together.
Long journeys lay ahead of us,
for you and I are forever.
The many choices and decisions we'll make.
We'll try and do the right thing,
and find the correct paths to take.
And with love as our stronghold,
we'll make it through stormy weather.
Well take the road less traveled,
show the world we can take it together.
On wings of hope and trust,
we'll love each other forever long.
So lay back and dream away
of the many things that lay ahead
But remember that in the end,
I'd want to be there next to you
through it all, holding on your hand.

Deception By Tiffany
What does it mean when you can't sleep at night,
nothing even hurts, but nothings really right.
you battle through each day with no end in sight
and you act like you don't feel a thing.
you lie to yourself, you lie to your friends
you want to walk away as the player that wins
but you're losing and it's right underneath your skin
and you can't seem to stop the sting
you have to pick up the pieces and try to walk away whole
after giving someone else most of your soul
(i even saw our future together getting old)
and you "pretended" that you saw it too
I am not the reason we made it this far
i AM NOT the reason i will have these scars
it was YOU WHO was in control of the "car"
now i am left with fake love for YOU?
what was the point for such a charade?
i can't believe i bought all the games that you played.
from the start i Knew i should not have stayed,
but you said that you loved me too.
well i might walk away more broken than before
but you will play with my heart no more
and i won't get "even" just to settle the score
because it is me who has really won
you have taught me a thing or two about life
i have grown up because of you and your wife
and although too much in this was sacrificed
I NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH YOU AGAIN!

Crossed The Line
Your pictures on my wall
with darts upon your eyes
each arrow representing
all the hideous lies
the gifts are given back
sweet notes are quietly burned
all those lovely memories
have finally been returned
my soul is slowly breaking
and my heart is finely crushed
the heat within the flame
has been maddeningly hushed
i walk without a glance
not even a single look
all those hurtful lies
lay locked inside a book
you try to at least stay friends
but i can easily tell
that our once beautiful relationship
is going straight to hell
you have chosen your path
and I've chosen mine
and you can bet you ;
you crossed the line

Did You Even Think Of Me Once? By FountainsOfBlood
9...doesn't seem like alot
Or a very big number
Lets put it into context
-The number of people I know dead
Anya, Lucy, Sarah
Phil, Andrew, Yikki
Caroline, James & Mary
Sad they are only names now...
Charley, I don't want to make that 10
Please God you can't leave!
What will I do without you?
I need you... didn't you see?
Now, lying in a hospital bed
Fighting for your life
Leaving so many unanswered questions
But please, answer this one...
When you were cutting those wrists
Wrapping that rope round your neck
Taking them tablets
And trying to hang yourself off a car park...
...Did you even think of me once?

The big nothing By Tiffany
Less than a person do you make me feel
a subdued existence-unloved and unreal
a token placed where a need has been rested
conveniently moved or lovingly nested
you shall walk way when i need you there
you shall turn your back and shed not a tear
you shall not hurt when i hurt inside
but when its your hurt i must abide
but why do i wait? why do i obey?
i am not a puppet with which you can play.
it is because i think i know who you are
underneath all the lies underneath all the scars
there lies a person who loves without lies
and that love is for me without compromise
it is allowed to breathe and take it all in
but it's not long before it is smothered again
one day this truth from you shall flee
until then you will live in my heart for free

Torn Masterpiece By Mooie Ogen
A dirty white dress as her clothes;
An unadorned ear where secrets were told.
Onyx, like the deepest pits, eyes close;
As her tears, each of a memory, flow.
She is the bird with a broken wing;
A singer that can no longer sing.
Like the last flicker of a flame;
She burnt out and faded away.
A whisper of words in the wind;
Her last prayer before she gave in.
She had been broken so many times;
Something inside just gave up and died.
On cold, pale, damp cheeks tears dried;
She tried to be strong, but it was a lie.
Her blood deep in the soil of Earth;
Where flowers would later be birthed.
She drew in her blood a broken wing;
That was to be her last 'masterpiece'.
A sadness on her face words can't express;
When the mixture of blood and tears sets.

and every road leads into nothing but the past

things of new and things strange

in constant search of a reason to begin

March Snow By Ctmskh
Snow is falling at our surprise,
and everything is hiding under,
the white flakes from the Sky
the very cold of the snow
sends chills down my spine
just like her fingertips do
from time to time.
As we shiver in March,
I see a light breaking the sky,
It rains down on the snow,
Soon this winter will die.
the snow lets us know,
that winter is here,
that the sun is sleeping,
and that spring will soon be near.
But I see a girl who melts the snow
And glues my heart's pieces
She's brought the greatest love,
A Love that never ceases.
She's the girl who makes me smile
Who lets my light shine through
I found out who she is,
and shes mine through and through.
Yes the snowflakes are beautiful,
and how they fill up the sky.
But they don't compare to her,
the angel in my eye.

The Day
One of my darkest fears
has come to truth today
I've been drowning in my tears
and forever they will stay
mascara stained to my face
eyeliner no longer there
lost and out of place
without you its just not fair
why were you taken away
i want to know so bad
why God took you that day
and left me alone and sad
the world has come to an end
without you by my side
I've lost my best friend
i wish you hadn't died
the words are now cut short
my mind no longer functions
I'm on my last resort
my body can only dysfunction
never in this world
will i find a friend so true
i will never forget the day
the day that i lost you

Typical Chickens By Tiffany
I watch you think
in question
I watch you question
what you think
We wonder
for each other
never knowing
anything
Words are
never spoken
So we'll never
understand
We only wait
with quiet doubt
Never revealing
what's held within
There is so much
we want to say
So much we know
could be there
We wait for the other
to speak first
Just to not
be the first to share
Comfort is found
in knowing
But we are not able
to bet
With nothing left
to gamble
Nothing is what
you get.
So is this where
we'll remain?
A brick wall
between us two.
You'll be waiting
on me to speak.
And I'll be waiting
on you.

My One Wish By Dave
Lamenting in depression,
Thinking just of you,
Reflecting on your purity,
Reflecting on your love,
I'm unable to free my mind of you,
Nor be it my desire to,
I have but 1 wish in life,
And my one wish be this;
For my heart, soul and mind,
To belong exclusively to you.
As this has been fulfilled,
The rest of my wish may follow on,
My greatest desire be this;
To be forever in your love,
And for you, to be forever in mine.

The One and Only You By Ctmskh
You know that I love you,
I hope you know its true.
Because I just want you to know,
that I would do everything and anything,
for the one and only you.
You mean more to me then,
words could ever explain.
The way I feel about you,
the way you feel about me,
for I could never complain.
I can't forget about you,
you're always in my head.
No matter what I do,
I think about you instead.
I dream about you every night,
I think about you all day,
I try to think of other things,
But the thought of you won't go away.
Maybe were meant to be,
and we just don't know it yet.
Cause I know you're the girl for me,
an angels silhouette.
Over our time I've grown to respect you,
and know just who you are.
I've come to love not just your appearance
But what's truly within your heart.
Memorizing ever inch of you,
awaiting for your touch,
kissing you in a warm embrace.
always wanting it so much.
And watching as the days go by,
knowing you have my heart to keep.
In my head I wonder why,
why you chose me?
Just know this.
If you ever are to cry,
I'm here for you baby,
don't be afraid to tell me why.
Talk to me,
Let me kiss your soft lips,
to warm your heart.
Let me try and make it better,
for I'll never let you fall apart.
I want to take care of you,
Let me make all of your dreams reality .
I believe it's what I'm here to do.
I believe I'm put here to Love,
To Love the one and only you.

Come To An End
Broken promises
Hidden lies
It's all fun and games
Til somebody dies
Forever scars left on the heart
Tears tattooed to face
Blood left on our knees
Left alone in disgrace
Pain in the eyes
Bruises under skin
Blood on our hands
With never ending sins
Hell to pay
Lives to lose
Broken hearts
Souls abused
Paths are crossed
Feuds begin
Once good friends
Now come to an end

An Eturnity Away By Absinth Eyes
A kiss on the forehead
And fall you into sleep
And I'm going to the moon
To see a real dream
A laughing cup of local love
And march you on till dawn
And I'm going to the stars
To loose myself somewhere
A hand that reaches blindly
Till your soul can leave your skin
And I'm going to the sun
To feel everything burn
In the land of dreams
I become my terror
So you'll never sleep again
I'll never close my eyes
I'm coming back to you soon
Don't worry on the way
And my body's going home
To tell you all new lies...

Ruins Of My Dearest Dreams. By Teria
Ruins Of My Dearest Dreams.
I can feel him now, his touch so soft.
I can hear him now, his voice aloft.
His memories, they haunt me every night,
and my mind it's just not set too right.
Ruins of my dearest dreams,
they follow and rip at the seams.
They steal every thing that I withhold,
from the world so barren cold.
I'm left without a word to say,
and no tomorrow, just yesterday.
I'm searching for what I once held,
while putting aside each time I rebelled.
I can feel it now, the touch so soft.
I can hear it now, the voice aloft.
My future awaits each movement I'll make,
as the ruins of my dearest dreams rule as a mistake.

Evermore and everlasting for an angel By Ctmskh
The lover sleeps to amid his dreams,
when his angel comes on sunlit beams.
To awaken him with kisses sweet,
For her love for him is oh so deep.
She softly wakes him from his sleep in the night.
touches upon his skin and smiles so bright.
And in her eyes, he sees true love
She feels for him beneath stars above.
he comes to her to gently place,
kisses upon her neck and face.
to caress her body and touch her soul.
for together the two become whole.
the love they make is deep and true
and in each embrace their loves renew.
when all is done and all has been said,
Upon her breasts he rests his head.
he hears her heartbeat for him alone.
A greater love, than he's never known.
It's early in the morning still,
the stars are not burnt out yet,
the moon lit passion, the lover and his angel
it's something that they will never forget.
In forever and a day, a lifetime and further more.
A love to go on, everlastingly and evermore.

Rain falling on my windowsill By Ctmskh
Sitting alone I hear rain falling on my windowsill
I just want to do what's right, but I don't know if I ever will
There's so many reasons, and too many excuses
But I know one thing, I love her more than anything in this world.
It's kind of scary I know.
Right now I'm here, sitting alone and I am waiting for the sun to shine
Sometimes I do this and think about maybe someday if she'll be mine
I know, there's so many things to say,
but I think about the games we'd play,
And that she'd be mine at the end of the day.
And as I sit here alone looking out my window,
I wish I could see beyond the horizon,
to maybe see what lies ahead of me,
to truly see if she is there, right next to me.
But the rain falls down, on my windowsill,
and I just want to do what's right, I don't know if I ever will,
but she is my angel, my one true love,
I love her more than anything this world.
It's kind of chilling I know.
Sitting alone hearing rain falling on my windowsill
I think of everything in this world, all I could ever be,
and how it could all fall down in a second,
but don't worry, I'll be fine.
As long as I have her by me.
If only I could look beyond the horizon,
and see what lies ahead,
see if she is there with me.
Or before the sunrise, while rain falls on the windowsill
she's here lying down sleeping on our bed.

My Heart to Keep By Ctmskh
I'm delicately handing my heart to you,
In your caressing embrace, my heart to forever keep.
I'm giving you the opening, the only way of destroying me,
But Sarah I know our love is deep.
I'm giving my entire being to you,
my mind, body, and soul.
Handing it all over to you,
In hopes, you'll be the one to keep me whole.
I'm depending on your gentle and engaging love,
to get me through this world each and every day.
I'm praying you'll always be here by my side,
And that's where you'll always have a place to stay.
I've put you over everyone else including myself,
You automatically go to the front of my line.
This is why I'm carefully handing you my heart,
In hopes, you'll always and eternally, completely be mine.
You touched my heart, and opened my eyes,
You've made me wonder but also realize.
My love for you will always be true
not a day goes by where I don't think of you.
On the day we met, Love danced in the air,
I remember it all clearly,
Your personality, your tranquil beauty, that loving stare.
Today at the moment and forever my life's complete,
my hearts dancing on heavens streets, all because I found you,
my one true love until death do us part,
and even from that day forward I'll forever give you my heart.

One second thats all By Mary
It just takes one second
Just one second thats all
It just takes one second
For someone to be gone
To dissapear completely
And never to be found
It just takes one second
Just one second thats all
To leave your family and frends
In complete awe
To leave everyone asking
Asking why
Why did my son/daughter
Have to go and die
They will probbaly never
See their kid again
What if your gone forever
With no heaven or hell
And You didnt even have time
To say your farewell
A bridge collapsing
A accident
Or a gun shot too
This is why im always
Feeling so blue

Never again By Kajin
Never again happy i shall feel
never again will my smile be real
never again will i listen to you tell me to just deal
never again fore on my heart is a seal
never again will my heart ache
never again will my heart break
never again will i take the pain
never again will i play this game
never again will i take the blame
never again will i feel this shame
never again fore it always ends the same
never again will love be the same
never again will i do things your way
never again will i listen to whatever you have to say
never again will i care if you call me gay
never again will my heart be the price i pay
never again will i let anyone in

Death In Ice
It was an average winters day
the ground kissed with a blanket of snow
to the quiet lake i found my way
a faint squawk from a distant crow
the lake was glazed with a sheet of ice
slowly melting from the blazing sun
afternoons like this had always felt nice
but today it felt like evil had been done
i glanced over the crystallized lake
and saw a medium sized hole
my stomach lurched into a nervous quake
thinking death might have taken its toll
running over the frozen snow
trying to get to the dark depression
i was scared to finally know
what remained in that deathly confession
a face of a teen boy
was clearly able to be seen
eyes fogged up in an alloy
caused my heart to careen
my tears froze to my face
as i looked at the boy i once loved
his face once as smooth as lace
but under the water he had been shoved
soon there was a large crack
as the ice fell all around me
shivers ran quickly up my back
while frozen water drowned my blindly
i soon realized i was going to die
and soon be taken to heavens above
theres no time for me to cry
for my life was taken next to my true love

Twenty-Two By Absinth Eyes
The twenty-two looks like you
Even the same shade of blue
And the eyes, how they shine
You can't excape them
Every night I ride twenty-two
As I wait, I only think of you
Going home from another night of
Kidding myself about me and you
The twenty-two moves just like you
At night it's doors are always open
And as soon as the ride ends
I'm walking home alone after midnight
So as I share secrets with your bed
When I wonder if you tell them
I'll pretend those eyes are mine
Though you still can't focus them tonight
Forget those eyes, somehow
You'd think I'd never seen blue
Forget I have a "back home"
Where no one knows what I am...
You're my twenty-two
Gone so fast, and now I'm alone
The light in my eyes is too much
And I'm sitting on the traintracks after midnight

Within These...By Dave
Within these dying days of late,
Depression be eth thy norm,
I have been unable to help it,
To experience these thoughts of dark,
I have been unable to free my mind,
Despite this however,
I have been able,
To conjure up some thoughts of light,
Thinking, of the one whom I love,
Thinking, of how only she,
Can bring light, throughout my darkness,
I love her with all my heart and soul,
And would give the world to be with her,
And still desire, to give so much more,
She means absolutely everything to me,
Id be unable to exist without her,
For one, Id wish not to,
For another, Id know not how to,
You know who it is,
Of whom I speak of,
The one whom I endlessly love,
For it is you, who I speak of,
It is you, who I love.

Spiders In The Shower By Benitora
I'm taking a shower
Why are you here?
Eight legs, I shouldn't be scared
Yet all I feel is fear
I know you're harmless
They taught us in school,
But no one deemed killing
You spiders as cruel.
You fall from the roof.
I jump back in haste.
Then I stamp and I stamp
'till you're nothing but paste.

Angel By Krum
Echoes of your touch send shivers up my spine.
I can smell you in everything I'm near,
And when I think of the night that you first kissed me,
I can hear my heart's erratic beating in my ear.
When did it all stop being a game?
When was it that I looked into your eyes
And stopped seeing innocent flirting,
But began to see the secret that you hide?
It was a night that seems so long past.
It was a night for which I'd waited so long.
In my mind I'd imagined it a thousand times,
But I know now I could never have been so wrong.
I swore I'd never feel this way again,
But I find myself falling,
Falling into your eyes, falling into you.
And it hurts so much,
But it feels so good it makes me want to cry.
I get lost in the thought of your lips,
So soft and so warm upon my own.
I remember your gentle caresses on my face and neck,
And I want you; I don't want to be alone.

My Husbands Love By Woman3_
I feel your tender kiss
The touch of your hand
Your breath on my face
You wonderful man
Talks at night
We reminisce
Of things gone by
These we miss
As we listen to our song
Your heart in my hand
Its beat strong
For me, you are my man

And the moon up above
This is my husband's love.

They fight for their Country
They fight for their life
But do they fight for what is right?
Millions of people have died in the wars
Isn't it time we accept peoples' flaws?
Bombs blasting at the earth
Missiles launching to the ground
Killing people all around
Time will forgive the past
But never shall it be forgotten
Is what we are teaching our children right
To Accept is To Fight?

Love By Jennexa
Have you "seen" your partner be they Woman or man,
Has your body quivered when they hold your hand,
Does your face light up like the moon at night,
With an aura that glows to all Women and men alike,
Have you slept odd hours and could not work,
Is this an illness or is it a quirk ?
Have you played love songs while waiting for a call,
And when the phone rings you nearly stumble and fall,
Have you seen beauty it’s rare to see !
The sky the Ocean the Land and the Trees,
You’ve heard the birds ,but have you seen them as well,
Admire there flight and the beauty they hold,
All this as one ,if you hear what I say?
Then you’ve found true love, Or you experienced peace in some way!

14 year olds written piece By StarryKnight
I came across this written piece by my young daughter & thought I might share;)
I can't believe it's finally happened
After all these awful years
The pain you went through. I felt it too
I just wish I had of been there for you
The sea I watch
As is carries your thoughts
The wind I feel
As it calls your name
I'd watched in sorrow as your world changed
I no longer hear your laughter ring
But I feel your presence everywhere
I see your face in my reflection
I know you can see me too
I wish I could talk to you
To be with you again
To laugh and chat like good old mates
But I know that will never be
I feel as though it is my fault
I feel so angry at myself
All my life you've been there for me
But I was never there for you
I never felt what you'd been through
I've had a happy life
I just wish you had one too
Maybe we could switch lives
I'm sorry for being so ignorant
You wouldn't have let me down
You always seemed to have time for me
God I still wish you were around
I'd sell my soul to see you again
To chat and play and laugh
To watch the world go by together
To never be apart
Now it's too late

Pride By Joejos
Someone had a bad day when they created me,
there are so many other lovely things that I could've been.
So ugly and so hideous, a nightmare to behold,
in the corner of my dark, damp place my secrets are untold.
I really don't have any friends, nobody comes to call,
feet scurry past my door as if it isn't there at all.
What ever did I do to make them think I am a threat,
was it rumour, innuendo, for them to judge before we met?
I may live a lone existence but I've developed skills and pride,
if friends won't come to me, I'll wait and pull them right inside.
I am a trapdoor spider - give me credit where it's due,
for although I am not pretty, I am good at what I do!

Angel By Rikisha
The white gown drops
it falls to the grounds
a single tear falls,
a cry without sound.
She folds her legs, and slides to the floor,
the poor little angel, can't take it no more.
Her tiny warm hands
cover her face.
Her deep brown eyes sparkle, and stare into space.
Her tiny white body, trembles with fear.
Her curly golden curls wet, from that one little tear.
She tucks her hair gently,
behind her cute ears.
In a distance, a pale white figure appears,
the figure, her fairy,
comes singing her song.
She takes the angel's hand,
and leads her back to where she belongs.

Like a Raindrop By Jy Ps
Like a raindrop hitting the ocean,
our worlds collided with so much motion.
There's nothing I could have done,
'cause when I noticed it had already begun.
Every bit you grew on me,
was a little bit more I strived to be free.
Now that our worlds are drifting apart,
I realise now, I wasn't being smart.
Like that raindrop which hit the ocean,
Something struck me, a revolution
I was the raindrop, falling without a sound
You were the ocean, that saved me from hitting the ground.

Sunscreen By Scabby_Yabby
Sunscreen is a wonderful thing,
The more you use, the less you sting!
Put it on when you're out in sun
And you'll be able to have a heap of fun.
Did you know it really pays
To wear sunscreen all holidays?
You won't get burnt or red or scarred
Sunscreen stops your skin going hard!
My advice to you and your friends
Is to wear sunscreen until the end!
Whether it's Summer, Autumn, Winter or Spring
Put sunscreen on before anything!

Fields of grass too soft to deny

From Dawn to Dusk By Feline1981
Behind the trees the sun will go
To far off lands we do not know
To bring the day to another town
Until the sun comes back around
The moon will light the sky we see
Until once again from behind the trees
The bright warm sun will rise for us
To live another day from dawn to dusk
This will happen again and again
To lighten days in far off lands
To make the world go round and round
By the sun coming up and going back down.

People crossing the gentle ocean,
a light breeze across the deck,
blue skies with not a cloud in sight,
lights go out and passengers sleep,

thunder growling in the night,
waves become giants and fill the hull,
the ship sinks without a fight,
the raging seas have won tonight.

Flower Flamingo By Matrim
I sensed you there among the weeds,
a pretty flamingo amongst the reeds.
And as those weeds consumed the earth,
that pretty flamingo proved her worth.
She melted the fields in which she grew,
and floated on streams of crimson and blue.
Her petals were soft and drew in the rain,
that flamingo ignored the tears on my mane.
But as I the thorn I could not bare,
love swam past me and I wasn't aware.
As weathering went by and told me my story,
I lost my courage and missed all my glory.
Of being the flower that ruled my world,
And growling at life like a diamond to pearl.
But although my flower grew wild and strong,
I enjoyed every moment at her billabong.

Music by ShamanKeema
There is something pumping,
The blood on through my veins.
It inhabits all of my body,
It electrifies my brains.
It wakes me in the morning,
With its cheery welcome noise.
I often hear late at night,
It brings me countless joys.
There are times when I'd like,
The sound to simply stop.
But were it to do so forever,
That, I would like, not!
There's something magic about it,
Its jumping, pulsing beat.
It gets into your heart and soul,
It gets into your feet!
Without music, I would cease to be,
That's how much it means to me.
Its magic is felt by everyone,
Mothers and fathers, daughters and sons.

Got Away By Recoil
A morning light crossed the bay
With a fishing line, I cast away
The wait was short on that day
As the line went taut and sped away
The fish went left then out a way
To the light it went and not my way
It came back fast both deep and low
Not a colour to see not a ripple to show
All went still as the line took sail
Not a fish in the bucket on this day
One lucky fish that got away.

Once Upon a Summers Dream By Sparkle Fairy
Once upon a summers dream,
a pretty fairy was seen.
A bonnet upon her head,
a flower was her bed.
The petals kept her warm at night,
then by day she stretched her wings in flight.
Once upon a summers dream,
I saw a fairy with wings that gleamed.
She flew oh, so high,
she nearly touched the sky.
Then she circled back around,
and darted down, without a sound.
Once upon a summers dream,
a pretty fairy was seen.
Her dress was made of gold,
I think she was quite old.
I watched this fairy for awhile,
I really like her style.
Once upon a summers dream,
I saw a fairy with wings that gleamed.
This little fairy just seemed to know,
How her visits made me glow.
This pretty fairy's name is Alice,
and in my garden is her place.

Why are some so pretty?
Yet why are some called freaks?
Not responsible for our looks,
everyone’s unique.
For even the prettiest roses,
have their wretched thorns.
As do some dull nights,
have their pretty dawns.
So whether classed as a freak,
or classed as being ‘cool’,

In the outback where the sun is hot
And it doesn't rain a hell of a lot
Where Kangaroos and Emus roam
That's the place I call my home.
A place where there's no shops around
I look for food, me and me hound
The water I find is almost bare
There is not very much that we could share.
The Eagles are out looking for prey
The Lizards are hiding far, far away
As the sun sets west in the sky
A big red Boomer goes jumping by.
The sun is gone it cools the plain
Hopefully tomorrow will bring some rain...

Wild Oaks By Spritewins
My pockets were full of acorns, gathered from the fallen tree
Which had rotted from within and toppled without warning.
It had seemed so strong, so unshakeable before it fell.
I planned on sowing wild oaks. I would throw acorns carelessly,
With no regard as to where they should spill.
But one dropped into the detritus of the fallen Oak
It sprouted unexpectedly and the seedling shot forth
From the decaying mulch were the nut had landed.
This tiny thrust of Hope holds the promise of a mighty Oak Tree
Beneath which you can find shade and shelter if you desire.
But first it must be warmed by Love and watered with Compassion.
Not stunted by Blame nor crippled by Guilt.
It needs to be sheltered from the harsh wind of Doubt and
Protected from being trampled by Indifference.
Talk to your sapling and tell it every day what it is going to be
And with the passage of time it will become a mighty Oak Tree..

Animals By Maxy1
Many animals big and small,
many animals short and tall.
Some animals have wonderful looks,
some animals bite on hooks.
No matter what shape they are,
they are animals and god created them all.

Isolation By Mitchie78
The trees sway gauntly in the breeze
like soldiers, surrendering.
Their boughs twisted in the agony of their battle,
Their roots in a neverending search for water.
Lives ending, land lost, scarred for eternity.
A memory of times long gone, of hopes that have perished...
yet... amongst the desolation, life emerges.
Birds rest in the tangled branches and feed on what is hidden.
A lone camper finds shelter and wood for the fire.
When all seems lost, hope returns.
Nothing is as it first seems.

Garage Cat By Flyingeagle
Where do you go when the door I close
Who appears like magic with pink-tipped nose?
All black, mottled ginger, you silently tread
Away from the hedge where you made your small bed,
You seemingly came from nowhere to me
To visit the garage to see what you see
On silent paws later you'll quickly disappear
Cats lose all their interest when doors close I fear.

Supermum By Tristeagan
She's a modern day wonder, her family’s delight.
She takes pride in ensuring that everything's right.
Her dishes all sparkle, her furniture gleams,
Her walls and her floors are all spotlessly clean.
Her lawn is cut neatly, her garden's a treat.
She bakes cakes superbly, her meals can't be beat.
Her husband is thoughtful, her children are dears,
Who never give way to those tantrums and tears.
She dresses so smartly and always looks neat,
You'd never find slippers or thongs on her feet.
She's a modern day wonder - now why can't I be
Just like that woman I see on T.V.

Rose By Ben Jarmin
One petal falls
I am sad
Another finds refuge amongst the thorns
Two petals fall
I am glad
They have fulfilled their destiny
One rose wilts
is gone forever more
Another rose grows
Bright and tall.

The sound of music.......
The sound of music gives us so much emotions
and that plays a melody deep in our heart greatly
All the sound on the earth are like music
and the music brings love and enjoyment to our life
Music expresses universal language of the world
and brings people together where ever they live
The music is the best gift of God to all of us
where its fills our soul with peace and mind with creativity
Every music has its own rhythm
and it's creates a great sound of music
Music in the mountain brings peace in our heart
and music in the ocean fills our soul with love
When I hear the sound of music
then I begin to write a song as a soul of music
If you don't love the sound of music
then your soul will be unsung
Because music can put life in to a dead man

Money
You can have all the money in the world
Money isn't always happiness
When you want something so bad
Money is what you have
I'm living in a third world country practiclly
You don't want what you have
You throw away the wealth
Keeping your madness instead
I want to be there for you baby
We can leave this place
get your clothes and your underground sounds
get your photos and whatelse
Money isn't the key
Money can't get me to like you
Don't offer me gifts
I want you to never leave thats all
Money is just an excuse
Money doesn't fit you
Money is greed
If you want me
Then tell me....

Sun and Me
The sun seeking my shadow
My shadow hides behind me
And when i look at mad-show
The sun gazes to blind me
I watch the sun from far
The sun witnesses only earth
Yes something called bar
Seperates me n sun since birth
Yes, i want sun to merge into me
And i could become illuminated
But sun doth not want to agree
Yes, but moon is also related
To the sun by reflecting light
I am not moon, i know the truth
Dependence does not give light
But victory always makes bright
But victory isn't gained by fight
A loser can be victorious like me
Yes, i could not face sun's light
By light, it could never seek me

FRIEND
You are to me a very special sun
That shines upon a world few ever see,
A world I'm shy to show to everyone,
That hides its urgent truth from even me.
Without your light it is a world of darkness;
Its heaven and its hell lie fast asleep.
With you as sole and sympathetic witness,
The words come forth from out my vasty deep.
And so I cannot be myself without you;

Best Friends Stick Together By Megan
It started as an acquaintance,
but turned into something more,
a new friendship, perhaps,
we'd all been longing for.
Days turned into nights,
and smiles into tears,
realizing how special the relationship is,
holding it so dear.
We'd never thought it would come to this,
but now we see it's something we're glad we didn't miss.
We are best friends and will be forever more,
another problem comes,
but together we walk through that door.
And now here we are on this day,
and there is something I'd like to say.
We are sisters forever, forever and a day, and here we are together, and together we will stay.

This Girl Woke Up Today By XXuXshotXmeXdownXbangbangXX
This girl woke up today
popped the pimples on her chin
she posed in front of her mirror
making sure she was perfectly thin
today was the day
when school pictures would be took
she wanted to be the prettiest girl
inside of the new yearbook
soon she got to school
and she felt eyes upon her
thought she heard people say she was fat
and thats he didn't belong here
she ran to the bathroom
bent over the seat
shoved her finger down her throat
and saw breakfasts bacon meat
she pulled down her sleeves
to cover scars on her arm
maybe later tonight
she would cause them more harm
lunch time soon came
but she refused to eat
this was the fourth time
that this happened this week
pictures were being take
and she smiled her best
but then she went pale
and grabbed hold of her chest
she suddenly stopped breathing
her mind went all hazy
she fell to the ground
as her eyes went lazy
this girl didn't wake up today
she breathed her last breath
she had been killing herself
and now she caused her own death

Blood On The Window By Mooie Ogen
Look outside into the pouring rain;
Feeling of desolation wraps around me.
Run my hand lightly down my arms;
Vaguely aware of the bruises and scars.
I pull my shirt down, to hide the worst;
Wonder why from the beginning I was cursed.
The panes on the window have the smear of fog;
I can't quite see through it, but I see it all.
I see my broken memories and torn feelings;
Ones of burning hate and passions to send you reeling.
I see the many tears I've cried for my pains;
Late nights spent crying my torture away.
I see the truths I had sought so hard to hide;
The ones that my Mother wanted to find.
I see the fear that shadowed her every move;
The fear of what Grandpa did to me, the fear of truth.
A flicker in the glass, like a shadow on a wall;
Someone was behind me after all...
The heart pumps, causing a pulse to the pain;
The fear like venom rides along in my veins.
I scream and I shout, I beg beyond all words;
I look out side at the lights of the neighbors.
My mind filling with images, wonder if I've gone psycho;
But all that is left from me by tomorrow
...Is Blood on the Window

Planted Seed By Ian
I departed and said goodbye
You planted a seed in my heart
That I couldn't deny
Watered with my tears
And Soiled with my sadness
It grew so tall and grew so fast
Trying to cut it down so it wouldn't go past
Past my heart and through my lungs
It never seasoned and never died
I wish that this plant would just grow dry
Dry as my emotion and dry as my eyes now that they have cleared
Cleared from the tears that watered this seed
I now can say it's been gardened with need
Need of your voice and need of your love
I have finally gardened this plant with love
Now it's time to end forever and make for-never
For-never shall I not see you again and For-never shall I not hear your voice calling once more.
It's time to say that this plant has put up a war.

He put his hands on me! By Mycquel
I tried to start over, start over somewhere new
Yet now I'm here and my hatred surely grew!
Don't get me wrong I love my father
I just cant take all this drama!
For the first time in my life he put his hands on me,
Didn't hurt too much yet I couldn't stop crying!
A misunderstanding and a couple of drinks,
Pissed him off, I didn't know what to think!
A few shuffles to release his grasp,
Next thing I know I'm thrown to the concrete, not grass!
My squirming seems relentless
Soon I become breathless!
I stop my struggle and let him finish
I can't believe I've just been punished!
No more tears
Yet so full of fears!
I pack my bags, I up and leave
No longer will this man put his hands on me!

Next Door! By Mycquel
It was one night that went from innocent to lust
A let my guards down, in his eyes I found trust!
A kiss turned into another, this time with more passion
From there on its kind of cloudy as to what happened!
I felt his lips on my neck
From there...Down he went!
I knew I wanted him to stop but my lips wouldn't move,
It felt so good, this I knew!
His hands so gentle and soft,
No longer did I want him to stop, so he slipped my shorts off!
I didn't hesitate because I wanted him so
He didn't rush...he took it rather slow!
The rest I will keep to myself and not tell the world,
Yet I will say this "Damn I'm One Lucky Girl"

Our passion for one another is now beyond our control as we surrender to each other desires, we started out show like most friends do. I never thought this friendship of our would lead us this far there is no poet who could put into words what we feel one another in our heart and souls. Our desires ignited each others passion within us, our love will stray forvere true, completely fulfilled me and you. And it will be envied by others who wish to know the same kind of love as we do.

It's What You Do To Me <3 By Passionate
It's what you do to me,
That drives me crazy,
That sets me free.
A thousand miles seems pretty far,
& they've got planes, and trains, and cars,
But I'd walk to you if I had no other way,
I'd do this each and every day.
Your smile awakens my soul,
It makes me dance,
It makes me whole,
Your voice,
The smell of your skin,
You can get me through thick and thin.
You're amazing,
Sexy,
And true,
You have me obsessing,
I want to fall for you.
I don't want to loose you,
Or be without you for a minuet,
I've opened my heart,
And I'm asking you to get in it... <3 .
It's what you do to me,
That drives me crazy,
That sets me free,
I need you here,
I won't let it be,
You're the only one I need.

Fallen Angel-And now here we see By Ctmskh
And now here we see,
a sad picture as an angel sings,
under the limbs of a willow tree.
Another broken angel without her wings.
She has fallen and is now sitting in plain sight.
With a dried Rose held in hand,
A symbol of another lost night.
She sits there as we watch her sing,
the hymns for the fallen,
and the torture that she must bring.
Held captive, for her god will no longer take her.
Held captive, For now her fear will only embrace her.
Tears of innocence shed upon each cheek,
with each breath she finds it harder to sing or even speak.
And with the little strength that she has left.
She speaks these words, breath by breath.
"Help me please,
they have sent me here to find my way back,
but I fear I can not do it alone, not even that.
You are here now, but you will soon go,
for my hymns of the fallen will soon grow old.
You all will survive together,
throughout the rain, sleet, and snow.
But for me things will only get worse.
Because for me, this is my hermitic curse."
The rose held in her hand, soon turns to ash.
Her beauty starts to decline in quality and vigor,
and she sees her life before her flash.
In one blink of an eye, she is gone.
Lightning has struck the willow tree.
A few of us had stayed until dawn,
so that we could see.
But there was nothing left of her,
just a few dozen roses scattered
where she had sat in plain sight,
a symbol of where an angel once fell,
on a long and starry night.

A new beginging........ By Whitewolfdemon
I thought i would never come back form the darkness
but hear i am awakened by the native in me
my ancestors the wolves woke me form my nightmare..
and i am free of it
the wolves of my family once past save me.......
and i thank them for it
i am free to live a happy life
my demon has been chained and muzzled for eternity unless......
but no i will not go back to that old way
i am a new and will stay there forever...
the wolf has gone form being stained by blood
to the wolf of white and black the color of my family trade mark

Lonely girl By Nejc
The most loneliest girl in the world,
walks through the crowd all alone.
with the rose in her hair,
seeking someone who care.
perfectly white is her makeup,
and newly black colored are hair,
but nobody see her,
she is all alone there.
now the big tears in her eyes,
have washed away her disguise.
through the crowd now i see,
the most beautiful girl for me.

On a Long Journey, No matter What. By Ctmskh
On a long journey, of never being apart
I'm lucky to have you, Even for this long.
You are the beautiful shadows in my dream.
The rhythm to my Favorite song.
And I want to have you forever long.
I don't know what brought us together
Whether it was fate or destiny,
But I know what keeps us together
Is the way we both believe?
We believe in each other
And we believe in everything we do
And no matter, Always believe I'll forever love you
Through every storm we'll go through
And every bump in the road,
We will hold on tight, And still, its you I will never let go
I dodon'tnow,
Whether its what I see when I look in your eyes,
Or how you make me feel, Deep inside
When times got bad
I thought I'd lost you forever,
But you stuck with me
and that I do treasure.
You are my one true love,
my whole hearts burning fire,
I want to hold you in my arms forever,
as my one true desire
Whatever it may be
I don't want to lose what we share,
The love, connecting, and undying passion
Or the way we both care.
Stick beside me baby
Never give up,
And I promise you
Ill be here no matter what.

Tilt Your Head and Smile Shadorma By NiClean
Tilt your head
Smile like you mean it
Forget pain
They will not
Understand why you're crying
They've done nothing wrong
They believe
The past is the past
Hurtful words
Turn to dust
For they are words of regret
I should just forgive
I cannot
Heal these gun shot wounds
You have caused
In my chest
The scars are all reminders
Of abandonment
Please take
All of your stories
Selfish ways
And sorry's
Drive them back out of my life
Along with your pride
The same way
You've already done
The first time
And second
Save all your apologies
They're 7 years late.

The show is over... By Anela
Here i am,
whats left of me,
chained in shackles,
but trying to break free,
oh here i am now
bleeding tears of blue,
i know the truth now,
in the dark of you
i know the truth now,
i see the light,
i know the truth now..
burning bright..
the words you've spoken
doesn't seem right to me,
i thought u were the one,
in a haze of light..
but now i know,
it was all a show,
bleed for me..
cause Ur lies are starting to show,
oh here i am
bleeding tears of blue,
oh here i am
just wasting away with you,
right inside my head,
left with all the memories,
locked inside my head,
over and over again..
just over and over again..
bleed for me..
cause your lies are starting to show.............
break away..cause the show is over..

Your addiction By Dylan
From a kid you where my hero
i never knew booze could make you such a zero
take all the days and subtract the nights
of all the days that you would get into fights
Ive stuck by you for all these years
yet you've always been my darkest fears
a hole in the wall a beer in your hand
this disease drenched addiction i could not stand
a hurting family and this blood drenched heart
your brain has been twisted from the start
this life of yours and the many years of lies
yet i am the one to pick you up when everything inside you dies
you said i promise to many times
and took all of our money and left us with not even dimes
your two sons you said you care most about
then why would you let that crap win that makes you scream and shout
this dream of life is not over and your best has come and gone with the years
god dad i love you yet you've really let me down and put me in tears
so please make it count this time and give it one last try for me
get sober and i hope that time in jail has set your misled mind free
no more lies no more fights please
and you will put both your sons to eze
i love you so much dad and dont let me down
or i will never talk to you again since you are no king without your crown

Perfect Girl By Mike
I'm playing our movie over and over in my head,
and you play the perfect role of that "Perfect girl."
You're brilliant and clever.
And I'm fascinated to have watched you grow.
To have loved you to death and never felt regret.
You're one of a kind, yet simple minded.
You flee and pardon and break away from your problems.

Suicidal King By Nick Webster
The blade it sinks deep in my skin
to let out hate I hold within
the blood it flows so red and true
just one more cut and then I'm through
So much blood is all I see
I get so weak I fall to my knee
I try to stand but I'm so weak
I shake so bad I cannot speak
No one can help me, the pain I've caused
my heart beats slowly and then there's a pause
I've wanted so much to bleed til' I'm dead
but I pass out and wake in a hospital bed
when I come to and see your pretty face
I cover my head to hide from disgrace
you take my hand and squeeze so tight
you stay with me til' morning light
the morning comes and then you weep
for my life was ended in peaceful sleep
no more worries and no more hate
I guess this cut to end was fate.
years from now you'll visit me
and think of me so selfishly
to take a life not mine to take
I guess it was my only escape
And when the day that you demise
I'll wait for you with a surprise
a box you open and see a ring
from your love, your suicidal King.

Remember By Sk8r Grl
Do you remember the girl that cried for you all those night?
The same girl you used to love that you suddenly left behind?
The one girl that cared about you, who you left to rot and die?
Do you remember that one time you ditched her for you friend?
The same time you broke her heart that you didn't bother to mend?
The one time you broke up with her but you had said it would never end?
I know that you remember her
You know I know you see

A person you know that will always be there.
A person that is hard to find,

Darkness all around
There is not one speck of light
Not a tiny sound
I think of you
I start to scream
As I think of in my head
All the memories
I only remember bad times
No good things in my head
Leaving most times crying
With the things you said
I'll never miss you
This will always be the end
It's a shame you had to be like that

You explain By Tracy D Rollings
Walking through this world
been a long journey
gave up my rights
you didn't need an attorney.
I felt so low you don't understand
just dropped me off and drove away
left me standing in my tears
never looked back you had nothing to say.
Growing up alone and scared
what else could i do
was left in the world
and i didn't have you.
I cried myself to sleep at nights
laying there thinking why me
all the anger and torment
yet no one else could see.
The bruises on my body
pain in the head
enough to make a child
wish he was really dead.
How could you do it
the pain that you caused
you loved the beatings
but you never paused.
Yet I stand before you
and ya swear it's not true
that there were no beating
I had a easy life too.
But I look into your eyes
the pain you can't hide
everyone that knows you
knew that you lied.
Like the tears that fell
for so many nights
some how I always ended up
in all of your fights.
Can't say you didn't hit me
as I lay in the floor
never ask if I was OK
just kick me some more.
Now the time has come
for you to pay your debt
will hurt you more than me
this time you won't forget.
A child is the most precious thing to heaven
and was never meant to endure pain
you cause so much hurt
and now you have to explain.

Broken Beauty By Luv Shelbz luv
The time he broke my heart
And tore it all to pieces
He left without a single goodbye
Said he needed to do some thinking
(my ex-boyfriend)
The time she stabbed me in the back
With all the lies she told
And made my life a living hell
I never new she was so bold
(my ex-bff)
The time I was picked on in school
With all those dirty sayings
And running to the bathroom everyday
To get on to praying
(being picked on at school)
The time I broke that vase
And being yelled at
Saying I was sorry and taking it in
I guess I deserved that
I am a Broken Beauty
And you might feel the same way to
We go through a lot and live life
And this is what I say to you
Even though we have our troubles
Its no need to sit and cry
You'll go through a lot in life's journey
You need to suck it up and get by

Stick a fork in me By Tiffany
Enter now into a realm of existance
without the fire without resistance
where the seas are calm and the air is still
no storm in sight and no bitter chill
no thoughts of an abrasive nature
no expectations of the future
no beginning and no end
nothing more than just being friends
no vulnerability no getting hurt
no more wondering why it didn't work
not willing to continue accepting the blame
no longer allowing the possibility of pain
an existance nothing short of complete
comfortable with all of me
ready to begin what i never could
ready for this life to be what it should
minus the worry of a broken heart
emotions subtracted from a brand new start
leaving only a person with goals to achieve
and nothing in the way of what i believe

The Hell Of Heaven By RainbowSlider
In the burning lake of fire I burn.
Because of love I could not learn.
There was no way I could forgive.
So in darkness I choose to live.
The light burns my sensitive eyes.
Like a mole I crawl only to survive.
I am immortal and I can not die.
In my rage I can only offer alibi.
But it didn't used to be this way.
Once I could see the light of day.
I could fly but now I only squirm.
Now I am only a disgusting worm.
Once I was the chosen of God.
Now I am only his striking rod.
I am the testament of great evil.
Some folks say I am the Devil.
In my shame I will live forever.
Love's embrace I had severed.
But I will never be all alone.
Welcome to my humble home

Razor By Angel Of Hell
I shut the door and lock it tight
What Im about to do just isn't right
I take that razor
And pull up my sleeve
Revealing scars that never leave
I don't think twice
As I run it across pale skin
Smiling sadly at my sin
Salty tears dripping from my chin
This over-used razor will be my guide
As I attempt my suicide
The pain feels good in my mind
But to my body I do nothing kind
The physical pain takes away
From the fear I feel each day
With the razor as my pencil
I draw with ease
My canvas is my arms
And in between my ankles and knees
Starting to shake I wonder how
It got to be the way it is now
I keep my feelings from the rest
As I put my body to the test
I put down the razor full of red
Proving all the times I've bled
Idly watching blood run down the drain
A shattered heart, a soul that's stained
And that razor is my guide
Through my attempted suicide

Building a bridge By Teen>Love>Tragedy
Just suck it up, hold it in
you always knew you wouldnt win
be happy hun, you lasted a while
keep on fakin that same old smile
stand up straight, head held high
he'll stop and stare when you walk by
he'll miss your touch, your smell your love
he wasnt your angel sent from up above
he cheated on you, he lied, you hurt
stepped on you like you were dirt
resist his charm, dont take him back
self control is all you lack
just tell yourself those same old lies
put down his picture, wipe your eyes
tomorrows still another day
it doesnt hurt that bad anyway

One Lie By Luv Shelbz luv
She was that perfect Barbie body
The blond hair and blue eyes
The slim figure and the right size in all the right places
She had that Ken man
And a lot of pink clothes
She was bound to be the home coming queen
She even lead herself to believe
That she was the perfect girl
With the perfect life and the perfect body
But her whole life was a lie
From her hair to her smile
She was no perfect girl with the perfect life
It started out as one lie
About her rich family
Then it led to everything about her
Somehow her friends found out
And were in such a shock
they abandoned her like something out of style
She had nothing but her family
who were hardly ever around
She was all alone in that whole she dug
*dedicated to all those who lied to be somebody
You don't need to lie just be yourself

Deliver Me By Princess
Looking at my pretty face, causes u to make assumptions
Well that smile of mine, tells so many lies
My smile doesn't say I feel out of place, like a creature from outer space
But the truth is, I'm hurt and oh so confused
Instead of telling me I'm so blessed
I want you to take one moment, just one
to let me get this leech off my chest
I'm begging you please, give me the time of day
Remove your blindfold
for i have so much to say
You know the saying "what does a man profit if he gains the whole world but loses his soul?"
Well I am that man, well woman
Completely broken, mortified, heart ice cold
But still my pain will remain to be untold
I feel like an actress
no one knows the real me
But I wish I was a ghost
so through me, you can see clearly
I'm praying God, oh, God
For your light to shine down on me
Expose the darkness for what it is truely
So finally I can be me
God please emancipate me
So I can be free
I counting on you (1.2.3...)
To make my wish come (4,5,6..)
I won't stop (7,8,9...)
Until It is salvation that I've won
(1,2,3...4,5,6....)

Its For A Reason By Kklala68
If I don't call you
Its because I'm waiting for you to call me
When I walk away from you mad
Follow me
When i stare at your mouth
Kiss me
When I push you or hit you
Grab me and don't let go
When i start cussing at you
Kiss me and tell me you love me
When I'm quiet
Ask me whats wrong
When i ignore you
Give me your attention
When i pull away
Pull me back
When you see me at my worst
Tell me I'm beautiful
When you see me start crying
Hold me and tell me everything will be alright
*** When you see me walking
*** Sneak up and hug my waist from behind
When I'm scared
Protect me
When I lay my head on your shoulder
Tilt my head up and kiss me
When I tease you
[ Tease me back and make me laugh ]
When i don't answer for a long time
reassure me that everything is OK
When I look at you with doubt
Back yourself up
When I say that I like you
I really do more than you could understand
When I grab at your hands
Hold mine and play with my fingers
When i bump into you
bump into me back and make me laugh
When I tell you a secret
keep it safe and untold
When I look at you in your eyes
don't look away until i do
When I miss you
I'm hurting inside
When you break my heart
the pain never really goes away
When I say its over
i still want you to be mine

Anthem To Girls Bby Sk8r Grl
There may be times
When we want to run away
When there's no where to go
When there's nothing to say
Just hold on tight
We need to stay strong
If some people looks down on us
We know there all wrong
If we stick together
Everything will be alright
We might not have to cry
Or go to the blade this time

Axiom By Tiffany
Leave a wake you're unaware of
these are the most fulfilling compliments
for they fulfill when you are not in need
you tend to demand needlessly
while attempting to fulfill a need
you think you already figured out
allow, enjoy, hesitate, be
never expect any action from any person
never assume your mind has been read
at one of those moments
you may just lose what you thought
was already lost.
make the front page.
i do
i love it
take my advice
i can't use it
but i give it out for free
if you happen upon love
puke and run
it's just a myth.
if you get to "that" point...
no matter how far
take the hint....it's not gonna work, stupid.

I Wish By The Unwritten Love
I wish I could touch the sky
I wish I could hold you tight
And look into your deep eyes
I wish I could tell you those three words
So I can feel alright
I wish I could fall asleep between your arms
I wish I could hold your hand
And tell you that you're all I want
I Dunno if my wishes will come true, but remember
I'll be there when you feel blue
I'll be there when you need someone to talk to
I'll be the one who'll cry with you
I'll be there when you need answers for your questions
I'll be there when you need to know if that girl loves you
But I wish one day,
you ask yourself why I'm doing all those things for you ?!
Well, I think it's simple because I'm in love with you

Smooches and sledgehammers By Tiffany

running
stumble
over you
world
turning
no breath
turn blue
escape
away
a pause
a pain
we played
we lost

a game
goodbye
to you
a kiss
to remember
attack
your turn
smooches and sledgehammers.

This Love I Feel By Kelsey Marie
This love I feel
You do not know
For even I cannot measure it
It constantly rises like the sun
Over the feild and
Over the mountains
And over the obstacles
We sometimes face
This love I feel
You do not know
For even I cannot measure it
If flies higher than a dove or
Higher than an eagle
Or higher than cupid
Scoping out sappy fools like us
For each other to love
This love I feel
You do not know
For even I cannot measure it
It fills my body and
It fills yours to
And it fills the people around us
So they turn to each other to say
That we are so much in love
This love I feel
You do not know
For even I cannot measure it

Life and love By Monique
Life is some that comes naturally,
you never know what you going to get,
maybe a baby or a dead beat dad, all them comes
with pain.
pain to get in pain to stay in,
even though it hurts to do so my heart is sending me in
directions that i can't control so i let my mouth do the talking.
my heart want to stay but my mind and mouth don't
i don't know how many arguments i going to have to
pick to make him leave me but my journey continues
i love him so much that the pain feels like a knife stabbing me in the heart so where does this relationship ends...

I Want To Escape By O8 14 o6
I want to leave,
To runaway,
To have a place for just you and me to stay...
I want to wake up everyday,
And for the first thing I see...
I want to see your face,
Smiling back at me...
I want to escape,
To just leave this place,
No one wants me,
Just you and your family...
I don't know how to express myself,
For it is almost impossible,
All I do is cry,
With tears almost unstoppable...
You always ask me what's wrong,
I never tell you I just want to leave,
Because I know,
You can have a great destiny...
If I ran away,
Would you come with me?
Would you leave everything behind,
And just focus on leaving?
I don't want to make you,
For I know your education,
I just want to go,
But I don't want to go alone...
I want to escape,
But just you and me,
No one else,
Not even family...
But I won't let you do that,
No matter how much I cry,
Because you have a bright future,
I will not let you deny...

There Is A Home By ImTheLadiesChoice
For them I would swim any ocean.
Even if it meant I could drown.
My two angels who lift me high,
Even when I'm on solid ground.
God gave me the best of sisters.
For they know I'm always here.
A home is always in my arms.
Away from tears and many fears.
I know there both growing up.
Still a brother will never forget,
The people he calls little sisters.
In a brothers heart, theres no regret.
I smile at those good old days.
Where I had to look under the beds,
They claim they saw monsters.
But now I'm fighting off boyfriends.
Where has the time gone now,
Even I'm standing here all grown.
Mandy and Renee just know...
In my arms theres always a home.

Sam --1989-2005 By Hopeless Romantic
Here I am,

I am,
Holding my sisters hand.
Here I am,
''Sam,''
I am,
Standing on sacred land.
Here I am,

I am,
Engraved on marbled sand.
Here I am,

I am,
Walking with God--

The Real Me By Sk8r Grl
I fake laughs and smiles
When really I'm sad and hurt
I act like people respect me
But I'm really treated like dirt
I pretend like I have friends
When really I'm alone
I say that I have people to turn to
When really I'm on my own
Don't be like me
Dont keep the real you bottled up inside
But there could be another person in you

come forth and taketh my hand
for I shall lead you unto my heart
not into the darken nights
but unto the glory of the lights
that shineth so brightly upon your flesh
fear not for love has cometh to take you away
to the deepest parts of my heart
a place no other has gone to before
stand tall I say this love I giveth to you
keep it close and never let it go

The 8 Second Ride By MELLYR2
The dust has settled on another rodeo
But there's soon another one on the go
He packs his spurs, his vest and his chaps
And his well worn cowboy hat
We travel from dawn to dusk
Always getting lost and in a rut
We arrive at the grounds
The entry tent is found
The bulls are drawn
The cowboys name is called out
He's focusing on the 8 seconds without a doubt
The bull's in the ****e
He's got his spurs on his dusty boots
They pull his rope
And he leans back
and calls, "Lets out boys"
That's what rodeos are all about
The bull bucks and spins
The cowboy is focussed on a win
He hangs on tight
And puts up a fair fight
He loses his grip, and begins to slip
And it's over just 7 seconds out
He may not have made it, but he's still alive
But the cowboy knows one thing
He's grateful for the chance of the 8 second ride.
I wrote this for my boyfriend - he loves competing in the rodeos.

Love By Tashcat
I only see you now and then
And it's not enough for me
I want to be with only you
Is that so hard to see?
I think about you constantly
You're always on my mind
You are the very best
I will ever find
I think of all the things you do
And all the things you say
I love every little thing about you
In every little way
I hope by reading this
You will finally see
Just how much I love you
And how much you mean to me.

Have a Nice Day By Simplyme
How was your rushed toast today?
Nice and blackened like your ashtray?
And that smoke you're having in your car
You know that each one contains Nicotine and Tar?
Just like the road which your car's driving on
It's pretty much the same as what's going into your lungs
Beep! Beep! Hey! That guy just cut you off!
You swear words at him as your smoke makes you cough
It falls from your mouth and onto your knee
Help! Fire! It's burning me!
You're angered with rage
Your face is bright red
That guy should not have messed with your head
And with one last thought your foot hits pedal
That guy's gotta pay!
Crash! Metal hits metal
The rage has now gone as you look at the damage you've done
The guy you just hit, gets out of his car and now here he comes!
You realise that the guy is your boss and he looks very mad
You say, "Have a nice day," and speed off as fast as you can!

Tuppy By Tuppy1957
My name is Tuppy
And I'm not a puppy.
I'm a cat, who's not fat
And that's a fact.
I like to purr
And clean my fur.
I like to play
If possible all day.
I like to run
And have lots of fun.
I try to be good like I know I should.
I like to knit
But my owner has a fit.
I like to type
But my owner gets uptight.
I like to paint
But my owner faints.
I like to read
But my owner gets peeved.
I'm told I'm bad
When my owner gets mad.
But that's not sad
I was born to be bad!

She helps us all at homeschool
And so in conclusion I would like to say

Until We Meet Again By Joncil
With smooth wrinkle-less skin belying her true age
Looking more like forty something
Than her mature seventy something
She lay there quietly and uncomplaining
Silver streaked hair wafting in the gentle breeze
While dappled sunlight cascaded across her still body
Arms lying limply by her sides
Eyes closed against the bright light
With an ageless smile upon her full still lips
She lay there looking calm and serene
As if a huge weight had suddenly been lifted off her shoulders
Peace at last
As I bent down to kiss her goodbye
Her eyes opened and she whispered
“Don’t worry I will always be with you
Out of sight, but never out of mind.”
And she was right
She is out of my sight, but never out of my mind.

Utterly Free By Hefree1
I paddle out to sea
In my little boat of wood
Fraught to find what I seek -
What we'd all have if we could
It can't be felt, smelt or seen
And when I have it I'll do nothing with it
It's just something that I need
And it's just knowing that I have it
No roads to follow, no signs to read
Just ocean everywhere I gaze
No people to speak to, no pets to feed
Just the breeze and the sun's warm rays
And as I paddle back the miles
I feel I've fulfilled my need
Because at least, for just a little while
I finally felt utterly free.

My New Daughter By Johnny_Damon
To my beautiful little daughter,
The star in my sky,
A father to an angel,
The gleam in my eye.
Since the first day I knew,
That you were on the way,
To pave a path of life,
And guide you through the day.
You are my little girl,
A joy to love and hold,
You will pass the time so quickly,
Your own adventures to be told.
For now you’re my little girl,
And no matter what the fad,
You will be my darling daughter,
I forever your loving dad.

Transition By Melanie
At my window, I see rain.
Like tears of heaven falling
I somehow feel the pain
And my sorrow comes calling.
Chill in the air,
Cold and unwelcoming.
Strange people every where
Distant and uninviting.
But then the rain stops,
And the air becomes warm,
My sorrow drops
And peace begins to form.
Sounds of Spring
Fill me with calm
Bells of life ring
New life has begun.

The Motorbike Rider By Is2tamara
The motorbike rider,
Excited and thrilled.
Adrenalin,
Pumping through his veins.
He gets on his bike,
Only fun in his eyes.
About to take off,
Another perfect start.
Racing through the forest,
Up and down hills.
Looking for more than just modest,
Everyday thrills.
With a crash and a bang,
He comes to the ground.
His friends think he’s insane,
But the rider feels no pain..

Lone Tree By Becathon
The bitter wind blows through the trees,
It picks the dew up off the leaves,
Continues to drain out the fog,
'Til morning, when men come to log.
The music of birds whistling clears,
And what was beautiful, disappears,
The sun goes down, the men go home,
There's one tree standing all alone,
And the wind blows 'round it in an endless drone..

Attack in the Night By Johnny_Damon
She attacked me during my sleep,
The ache I felt in my head
Was sharp, strong and painful,
Why did it happen while I was in bed?
I was dreaming of a beautiful place,
A world when I was on top,
That pain woke me from sleep,
She was relentless and did not stop.
She made my eyes water,
And I felt my nose run,
The pain I felt through my body,
Believe me it was no fun.
I got out of bed to make her stop,
She followed and made me sweat,
Relentless in her aim to floor me,
She posed a very big threat.
Victory was with her that day,
In a bed miserable and blue,
I know it may seem quite abusive,
But man, do I hate the Flu.

What are Friends For? By Trikstar89
Sometimes I think
where would I be without you,
which makes me think
about all we've been through.
You are my support,
my solid rock,
and if I died I'd send my soul
to forever by you walk.
I'd help you through your troubles,
as you have done with mine,
and if you ever need me
I'll be there, double time.
The memories we share together,
I hope for many more.
If you wanted the moon, I'd get it,
but hey, what are friends for?

Christmas Time By Ditti1
Well here we are, December again
gifts to buy, and cards to send
decorate the house, put up the tree
all to see the children's glee
Christmas eve, kids are early to sleep
for us parents, around we creep
our duty is done, Santa has been
in the morning, the mess we'll clean
Its all worth it, their look of surprise
you see the happiness in their eyes
the day goes quick, as fast as it come
the kids are tired, its been so much fun
Now it's time for us to wind down
and wait for next year to come around.

A Joey's Plea By Noah91
Please don't wring my neck because a car hit my mum today
Best you don't let her suffer any more - OK?
But first pick me up carefully and tuck me into your shirt
I'm scared and I'm frightened and I really don't want to be hurt.
You know, there are kind people who devote their love and time
To look after orphans like me, so take care to see who you can find.
You could contact your local vet or just generally ask around.
It's not really that difficult before a wildlife carer can be found.
I have a really good chance at life even though I may be hairless and pink
With the correct care and attention I deserve a go - don't you think?
So please don't wring my neck just because someone shot mum today
Do find a wildlife carer who will look after me - OK?

Poet of Poetry By Tobias_227876
To be a good poet
You must have some skill
A good way with words
And with a pen or quill
Some paper to write on
And then you are set
To write what you feel
And feel how you get
Most forms of poems
Start with a rhyme
A series of words
All used in due time
Special techniques
Are used all around
To give it some depth,
Some mood and some sound
The mind of a poet
Is complex at best
The rhyming and wording
Can really cause stress
Though perseverance
Is the key
Let the rhymes flow
And set your mind free

Gift to Nature By Midnightsun
Tendrils creep along my limbs
Drifting through my leaves.
Seeping deep into my being
The death of brother trees.
Smoke-filled haze surrounds me
As I sway in heated breeze
Knowing there is no escape
Within deep earth I'm seized.
Fire comes licking lazily
Towards my trunk to tease
Its flames flicker and mesmerize
A hypnotic dance it seems.
Pounding of the earth is felt
In pumping arms and knees
Man and tree stand in arms
And hose spouts instant ease.
Alone again the man moves on
Ash water fills my roots
Who would have thought
My saviour would be
Someone in orange boots.

My Online Friends By Lionslamb
Smiles and friendship waiting there,
Fun and laughter, we can share,
Though we’ve never really met,
We share a faith, across the net.
God is not tied by time and space,
His Spirit dwells not in one place,
But He lives where His people are,
His family is spread afar.
His joy and fun they love to share,
Yet still have time to offer prayer,
Though sites and chat rooms can be bad,
True Christians use them for their “Dad”.
And those who cannot speak their pain,
Type silently, and comfort gain,
As brother, sister in the Lord,
Declare that His love, is assured.
We are not bound by looks nor skill,
Cannot spread germs, the times we’re ill;
For those who cannot go too far,
God brings His people where they are.
And when we type upon the net,
Reply to people we’ve not met,
If we will let His Spirit lead,
We’ll find we often meet a need.
So let the love of God shine through,
And honour Him in all you do,
And you will spread His gospel more,
Than all the saints who’ve gone before.
And I will offer up this prayer,
For all in ‘cyber-space’ out there,
“My God supply His grace divine,
To all my ‘family-on-line’.”

Odette By MJ19
With the wind in the air,
And the rain coming in,
The cyclone big and strong,
And the warning looking dim,
Odette is getting closer,
So it's time to hunker down,
And get up so very high,
Where we are off the ground.
Will the water rise,
Or will it stay down low?
All we really know,
Is it's gonna be a big blow!
The time is getting nearer,
And it's cloudy overhead,
All I really have to say,
Is - bring it on, Odette!

Henry the Friendly Spider By Pizzacat
Henry was a spider
I first saw him on the floor
He turned and sped to greet me
I ran screaming for the door
He then became my housemate
On the ceiling upside-down
I told no one to harm him
So he happily ran around
Then one night in the kitchen
There came a sudden crash
A war was on full-swing
Henry versus the cat
I was too late to save him
The cat struck one last hit
Henry the friendly spider
You will be dearly missed

Time Has Its Season By BeatJul
Alas, the sting of summer,
the sizzling ground beneath my feet,
the panting trees and embracing air,
the parched grass and the stalking heat.
Alas, the awe of autumn,
warm colours dancing upon the trees,
exquisite clouds painted in the sky,
and the sweet whisper of a gentle breeze.
Alas, the waking of winter,
the quiescent skies are stirred by fierce yawns,
droplets rush to meet the land, clothing the earth
as winters chill dismisses a sun who mourns.
Alas, the scent of spring,
as it dances to a cheerful song,
flowers stretching from a long slumber,
rejoice in golden glory, all day long.
Alas, time that changes seasons,
Carries in its hands, things to cherish.
It sings of love and joy, things we must embrace,
As one day, time itself will perish.

A Cracker Of A Journey By Lissy77
The rent's paid up, soccer's on hold
A brand new journey is about to unfold
With no trepidation the car is packed
Many destinations already mapped
There'll be fun and laughter along the way
The only question asked, how long to stay?
Pretty women and good cheers
Hotel rooms and plenty of beers
Glistening ocean and white sand beaches
Cool rainforests with loads of leeches
Small town pubs and trendy bars
Amazing nights camping under the stars
Many a tale will be told
Ahhh what will this journey behold?
The time has come for you to be going
The moment here for me to search my knowing
But while you're gone - I'll ask you this.....
If you find a place that I'd like to see
Photograph it please and think of me.
Keep him safe, this friend of mine
How he makes many a heart shine
Driving off, he's over this place
Biggest smile on his handsome face
Adventures of God only knows?
The car is packed and off he goes.

My Garden Gone By BEVO2
My garden is gone there is no doubt,
a victim of the ravages of the cursed drought
The grass is dead, in fallen repose
Survived perhaps by the resilient rose.
The trees are bare, the twigs do snap
and there is an empty bowl beneath the tap
The ground is cracking, brittle and dry
and there’s not a cloud in the clear blue sky.
The smell of citrus has departed the air
and the dust has settled every where.
The sun sears down and dries one’s eyes
a constant companion, the heat and the flies
If a cloud appears it is gone in a day
Leaving no moisture for which we pray
The sky turns red as the sun starts its rest
But the heat lingers and makes us depressed
I yearn for the Autumn or is it the Fall
For long cool evenings and grass that is tall.
For the dew on the leaves and smells like spice
and the colourful hues that look ever so nice.
I want the greens and the reds to colour my day
and long days of rain to wash the dust away
For the soil to dampen and fill every crack
But most of all, I want my garden back.

No one knows it but me By 2BEEZIE4U
I stepped out of hell
took a chance and fell in heaven
angels surround me
blowing me each day
more and more i thought of you
the love we shared
the words we never said
i had a dream
i proposed to you
when i woke up
i was outside of your house
we were standing in front of each other
but of us crying in pain
it really hurts
to stand in front of some one you love
it really hurts
to see the love of your life crying
in front of you
it really hurts
to just stand and not having anything to say and do
now I'm back at home
living in this hell house
my mom and dad
were talking about you
i saw a fat person
who did they look like a cow
yea
was it her?
when i play that conversation over and over
i just shake of fear
give me that knife
let me try suicide
one more time
the more anger in me
the faster it will be done
the more pain in me
the harder it is
to not want to leave you
i can feel you hold my hand
but see you no where
every day my hand
has that feeling of you holding it
i hope you liked that moment
we were face to face
i hope you don't forget me
cause I'm trying suicide one more time
I'm missing you
I'm loving you
and no body knows but me

Memories By Blackheartslove
Snuggled in the sleeping bag
On the floor between the beds
Daddy in one, my sister in the other
In the bedroom next door
My cousins sleeping sound
Down the hall behind closed doors
The only noise you'll hear tonight
Is weeping as my grandpa sleeps
All day long I had a chance
To kiss his cheek and tell him I loved him
But now that time has come and gone
And I sat by and watched it pass
For now I can hear the softly whispered goodbyes
His time with us is ending
And a new kind of light I dawning
For a little girls hero this night
A hallway light shining bright
Startles me awake
Muffled sobs from above
My daddy holds my mother close
Never knowing I'm awake
They slip out of the room
I follow silently but to the kitchen
My hands pour a drink while my eyes pour out tears
Lead into the room
I can't see through the flood
We sit around the bed
And I look for the man I admired so much
But he is not there
For my grandpa's been replaced by a cold, dead corpse
He looks like a holocaust victim
And the tears begin again
Surely this is not him
Where is the man I once knew
The man I knew what strong and brave
This man is small and weak
The man I knew survived a world war
This man has been beaten down by disease
The man I knew was alive
This man is as dead as a winter maple
But as I look closer I can see
The same handsome face
Though old and worn
The same strong hands
Now feeble and stiff
The same loving heart
Simply dwelling in a different place
But he still loves me all the same
Yes he's the man I once knew
But he's alive in a new kind of way now
He's alive in my memories
Where he'll forever stay
And that's the best kind of living
Because you can pick out the good from the bad
And remember only the happy times
When the world was good and right

Scarred Girl By AnonJCK
This bird is plagued, Blind to her sickness.
Betraying her loves, embracing her foes.
The White Dove, A Black Scar.
Of pride and lust, a core of dust.
Shattered virtue, False hope.
soaring on, above the earth,
above the scar, new birth...for her,
The scar is never seen, the scar is never hidden.
Adorned on her breast, It is her shame,
it is her pride, it is her name.

My Darling, Do Not Cry By Blackheartslove
Dying is a funny thing
We cry and mourn those who are gone
But life does not end when death comes calling
Weâ??re simply moving to a new home
A place without tears
And the darkness runs to hide
A place full of friends
Not one on his own
So I wait for the day
When Iâ??ll cross the line
And finally make the journey
To the other side of time
But do not cry when I am gone
Iâ??ll be in a better place
And we will meet again soon
And hold each other close among the stars

Watching him from a distance
Not knowing what was to come
Not knowing exactly how to go
With Planting your first kiss
But just letting it go with the flow
Hanging with him
And all nights on the phone
Just talking non sense and loving it up to the brim

I Never Had to Slit 5-17-07 c By Shatteredmime
I never had wonderful parents
my mother slapping my face
my father beating me down
the lies they use to tell
they had no clue
of what a scared little girl
i've kept in for so long and made me strong
and they wonder why my wrist is slit
i never had a wonderful man
my first ex raped my body
my heart played herself like an idiot
if only i could have done it right
leaving him before his passion became evil
he never knew how much he killed me inside
i've seen to much just be reminded of him... again
and he wonders why my wrist is slit
i never had a wonderful home
my parents let me go
my life was not suppose to end up that way
i've never deserve to be in the cold and dust
i thought of you crying behind closed doors
but then again waited till you said" I'm sorry"
i dont want this to happen to my children
and yo uwonder why my wtist is slit
i never had a wonderful guy like you
my sight turns into tears of joy
my body clinched against yours for warmth and smell
why couldnt i have just waited?
innocent... i'm not sure yet
though i am so sure that i do love you
let us please stay together
and i wonder why he kisses my wrist?

Phenomenal By Tiffany
What was everything to me meant nothing to you
yet you let me believe your facade was the truth
you saw how strong my will was to give
yet the life that we shared you weren't willing to live
i gave you the lead you just strung me along
you kept taking steps that you knew were wrong
i gave you my all you said you would try
we were nothing but roommates living in the same lie
i lied to myself hoping one day you'd see
you lied to yourself by lying to me
it's hard to forget what i saw in those eyes
before what we had turned to nothing but lies
you made me feel like the girl of your dreams
we were best friends we shared everything
we were there for each other our love was so strong
if ever a problem we fixed what was wrong
i didn't understand no matter how hard i tried
how something so dear was reduced to lies

For now, I will By Rhiannon
For now, I will move on.
Convince myself I am strong.
Remind the me everyday
He isn't worth the tears anyway.
For now, I will let go.
I will refuse to allow myself to slip.
And I know
It'll be hard, after a heart rips.
For now, he should fly by.
Avoiding the never ending question-why.
Reminiscing can't always be bad.
But when it comes to him, don't allow the sad.
But for now I will learn to rest.
Save myself for the best.
He was everything once, but not anymore.
He may have opened it, but he closed the third door.

An Angel's Silent Tears By Blackheartslove
Emily Walker sits in class
A long sleeved shirt and tights beneath her dress
The summer heat makes her sweat
But she cannot let them see
Last week mommy got a new boyfriend
And last night they came home drunk
Mommy passed out on the living room floor
While the man had his way with Emily
When he was done, she ran to her room
And silently cried herself to sleep
She fearfully hid until he left
So scared of what he would do to her next
To school she wore the same dress everyday
Her hair dirty and matted
At home instead of the love she deserved
She was beaten and battered and bruised
This is the story
Of a single small child
But she is the cover girl
For so many more
Their stories are different
But the ending is always the same
A small pine box, lowered into the ground
With just a few strangers gathered around

Remembering the Day By Blackheartslove
I remember the day
I was called out of class
I walked down to the office
My hands were clasped
I sat in the chair there
Crying out loud
Tiffany came down then
To bring me some cheer
We laughed and we talked
As we ate the school lunch
And we almost forgot
Why we were there
But the cuts on my wrists could not lie
The phone call had been made
And we silently waited
For my parents to arrive
We passed the time as best we could
I wrote a note to my closest friends
I told them not to worry
Iâ??d be back soon
The car ride was long
And I soon fell asleep
But I cannot forget
The day of my fate
I was sent to Ridgeview
Where I had an evaluation
I was admitted as an inpatient
And diagnosed with depression
Iâ??m finally out now
And on the road to recovery
But the memories stay with me
And the scars remind me
Or that horrible day I was taken away

Forever be my Light By Blackheartslove
I see you everyday
It brightens up my world
You're the brightest star I see
Without you in my life
I'd cry a thousand tears
You always know just how to make me smile
Baby you're so beautiful
I love you more than life
Youâ're the one who understands me the most
When storm clouds gather overhead
You stand with me in the rain
Till the sun shines on us again
I hope we'll be friends forever
Because if you weren't in my life
Gone would be the light that I search for in the sky
You are the pop to my tarts
You are the fruit to my loops
I love you forever -- I would die for you

Love. By Amanda
Love,
that little four letter word,
it means so much.
such a large feeling,
too complicated to explain.
love,
so small, but so big.
and so hard to say.
the best feeling in the world,
is described by the tiny word.
love,
its how i feel
how i feel about you,
only you,
it's a strong feeling,
don't toy with it
it means too much.
love,
be careful how you use it,
only say it if you mean it.
and this i know it true
that i truly love you.

Tears from my Guardian Angel By Blackheartslove
I see the sadness in your eyes
They're brimming with tears and hurt
I hear the worry in your voice
Baby can't you see me waiting for you
I wipe away your tears
I want to heal your hurt
I know the path you're headed down
Sweetie don't you know there's other ways
I can't stand by and watch your life reflect my own
I love you too much to let you fall
Why can't you come to me with all your hurt and fears
Honey don't you know I'm here if you'd just turn around
I cannot save myself, my life is too far gone
So though I have to go
I will share a gift that I received too late
And my darling it's for you
Beautiful angel your life is worth so much
Precious love you are a sparkling jewel
You were my light in the night
Now I wish to be the same for you
Even though I may no longer walk this earth
Look to the night stars, blinking in the heavens
I will always watch over you
I will be your guardian angel, like you were so many times for me

Distance Between Us By Amanda
Everynight,
i lay awake thinking of you,
those brown eyes,
beautiful smile,
stand out as you face flashes by.
everyday,
i shed a tear,
just thinking of you,

but our feelings so strong.

Deciding Factors By Melissa
I am an impasse
of blank stares
and loaded regrets
that have not yet been shot
across their field
of unwanted
or pressure treated opinions
I've been dodging

who now inhabit my options
with murderous hands,
but I'm not sure whether
the blood will come from them

4 Poems In 1 By XTHExSECRETSxOUTx
**I Get The News**
The phone is ringing
It's late at night
I stumble out of bed
Something's not right
My heart is pounding
As I pick up the phone
Ethan left a long time ago
And he still hasn't told me he's home
Crying meets my ears
My heart pounds in my chest
I know I won't be getting good news
But I hope for the best
''Ethan was in an accident.''
A woman's voice chokes
My words get caught in my throat
I don't want to believe the words I just heard spoke
I want to scream
I want to cry
But I can't
I'm numb inside
I finally manage to ask the question
''Is he okay?''
But by her sobbing
I know what she's going to say
''I'm sorry, Amber, but he didn't make it.''
My heart rips like a lost love letter
Since he's gone
We'll just die together
Tears roll down my cheek
I hang up the phone
I'm all alone
No one's at home
Numbly sauntering to my dresser
I grab a long lost blade
As I put it to my wrist
I remember the promise I had made
I promised Ethan I wouldn't cut
If I loved him, restrain I must
With a sob I put it back
Why was life so unjust?
**The Funeral**
Dressed in black
Tear drained eyes
This was the day
I'd say my final goodbye
They slowly lower
The casket into the hole
My heart is broken
I have no soul
''God, why'd you take him?''
I silently pray
''I loved him so much.
Why couldn't he stay?''
The funeral ended
As quickly as it had begun
Ethan was gone
This horrible world won
**Home Alone**
I'm sitting in bed
Staring at the floor
A minute passes
And there's a knock at the door
Mom walks in
Her eyes averted down
''We're going to the store.''
I don't make a sound
Knowing I wouldn't be coming
She leaves me behind
After they leave
I make up my mind
I promised him I wouldn't cut
I remember as I continue to cry
But I didn't tell him
I wouldn't end my life
Swiftly walking into my parent's room
A violent plan plays in my head
I know I won't be here much longer
I'll be lying on the floor dead
I find what I'm looking for
A device made for killing
But I won't be murdered
I'll just go willing
Putting the pistol to my head
I know I'm going insane
But the last thing I hear
Is a ricocheting BANG!!
**Just A Dream**
I wake with a start
My heart racing rapid
I close my eyes
Trying to remember what happened
It had all been a dream
A trick played in my mind
I look around me
To see it was 11:09
Ethan still hadn't called me
What was taking him so long?
He didn't live too far away
He should be safe at home
The phone rings
And I catch my breath
Would this phone call be one of death?
''Hey Sweetie! I made it.''
I exhale deep
Now that he's home safe
Maybe I can get some sleep

I Dreamt of a Future That Will Never Exist By Blackheartslove
All my life I've dreamt of true love
Of finding my perfect prince
But that was all that it could be
A dream to calm me in my sleep
Since childhood we've heard the stories
Of princes and fairies, of ladies and knights
Fairy tales of far away places
Where there always exists a happy ending
Each night as I drifted off to sleep
I thought of my prince, who would he be?
I never imagined life's harsh reality
no perfect ending awaited me
I was destined to be Repunzel
Locked away in a tower
But no prince was to rescue me
I was thrust away, forgotten by the world
Oh they cam from far away lands
But not for love, no not at all
Their one and only true motive was glory
To have a beautiful princess stand by their side
So her I lie as the darkness comes forth
Here I lie as the sun fades out
Here I wait for the morning light
Here I hope for a future that does not exist

My Blood By Jamin Huchingson
The blood from these veins, are slain
To convert this pain, from these wrist
So that anger doesn't coexist
Listen as I speak, cause there's always a twist
I slice so slow, and watch the blood drip as it flows
To know, at least that I can still feel
And watch as the knife cuts and the skin peels
Unhurried by my worries,
I let this blood; stream from my seams
It screams for the hope of new dreams
And it continues to pour
So that I can write on what was before
I cut these wrists, cause bloods my ink
Writing to rid myself of my demons
So I can think
I feel the pain but never blink
The blood from theses veins, are slain
To convert this pain, from these wrist
So that anger doesn't coexist
As it flows, pulsating so slow
Just to know that I can still feel
As the knife cuts, and the skin starts to peel
My blood gushes onto this page
And as i stop my pen; my veins heel

What are you doing to me? By Liarr
I wish I could tell you that you hurt me
That I dont know if youre just leading me on
But none of this should affect me anyway
But I cant stand the thought,
That I could be just your pawn
Why tell me the things you do,
Just to make me feel better?
Or get me more confused?
Maybe its because you actually care,
And you want me to get threw
I thought you were giving me another reason to live
But you had to destroy by the simple words I love you to another chick
Now I sit here breathing, but Im not alive
I trusted you,
You said I was the only one,
You would hand pick
