ok here are the answers for your question so look at them i hope they are correct.

for the first equation that is 2x+6y=8
if you put x as 0 you get y as 4/3 and x as 0.
then in the second equation that is 5x+3y=7

And if u do it in elimination then u'll get X = 6/8 and Y = 26/24
