During Rakshabandan we all have too many sweets at home many of us can't eat all the sweets either we gave it to servants or throw it away after keeping it for long long time in freeze.Now I am telling u a receipe where we can make fantastic sweet from sweet itself but totally different taste.
Whatever mithai u have crush it add milk, sugar ,Elaichi & put it in a kadai & on the stove for 5-7 min.stir it well colour will change from white to red either u make it thick depends on u & roll it like a pede let it cool & then eat.u can also put it in a freezer & after 2 hours take it out taste like a Icecream.
