BISCUIT LOG
INDGREINTS:
1} ½ Cup Water, 2Tb.sp. Coffee Pwd., 1 Sp. Sugar,
2} ½ Cup Butter, ½ Cup Pwd. Sugar, 1Tb.sp. Coco Pwd., ½Tsp. drinking chocolate.
3} 1 Pack of Marie Biscuits & Butter paper.

METHOD:
1} Boil ½ Cup Water, 2Tb.sp. Coffee Pwd. & 1 Sp. Sugar.
2} Beat the ½ Cup Butter, ½ Cup Pwd. Sugar, 1Tb.sp. Coco Pwd. & ½Tsp. drinking
Chocolate make a smooth cream.
3} Take butter paper. Dip the Marie Biscuit in warm coffee place on butter paper then apply layer of cream & again biscuit on top alternately till last biscuit. Apply remaining cream all around the roll & cover the log in butter paper. Set in fridge for 2-3 hours. For serving cut the log in slant.

NUTTY LOG
INDGREINTS:
1} ¼ Cup Butter, ¼ Cup Pwd. Sugar, ½Tb.sp. Coco Pwd., ¼ Tsp. drinking chocolate.
2} Some crushed Marie Biscuits, 1 Cup crushed dry fruits & Butter paper.

METHOD:
1} Beat the ½ Cup Butter, ½ Cup Pwd. Sugar, 1Tb.sp. Coco Pwd. & ½Tsp. drinking
Chocolate make a smooth cream.
2} Mix some crushed Marie Biscuits, 1 Cup crushed dry fruits with cream & make roll cover in Butter paper. Set in fridge for 2-3 hours. For serving cut the log in round.
