Hi Monisha,

Nice to see your posting about the Ganguly and Chappel Row. I am sure that BCCI should be reponsible and NOT Ganguly or Greg.

The cricket players even the captain has to perform one step ahead than they had played before ...means the expected output from each player must increase, if not then generously they must give way to other dynamic budding cricket youngster waiting to step in having the potentials of being in the national team.

So, Greg is right in his own perspective. Moreover, Can we not have an Indian Coach...?

I think this is very serious issue and we (Media) must take an proactive steps in this regard.
