i think sm has already lost the championship to alonso in mind, the fear of losing has driven him to such an extend to stop his car in qualifying. sm on form even on p2 could have gone on to win the race, but he feared leaving alonso on p1 could ruin his chances and took a drastic step to avoid alonso to set the time in qualifying.

Hello Mr.Gskumar;
Schumacher may not be scared of anyone,its all about luck,he was in the wrong place at the wrong time, Schumi was given the penalty for what he had done but his performance in the race was very good,he is a great driver and they also have a good car, so they will be back by the next race,and more that us he will be knowing what he is doing and what they need to do......:) :)

:) GS you seem to got it, but it wasnt Suchumacher who was scared but it is Ferrari who were indeed scared of losing else they wouldn't have instructed Schumacher to do that. I feel Schumacher has better talents to win it on track rather than doing things like this, however he could've been advised from the pits to stall his car as the time has run out and hence block the path for other drivers. Schumacher while driving will not be position to know whats happening right behind him.

Just a thought what you say?

nice one gs. seems a good point to ponder.

but schumacher is a great guy, he does things differently and was very clever of him and only he could think like that :)

i however feel the stewards act with their brains and not with their heart. and stop making a punching bag out of schumacher.
