Favourite Show on Star One

Guys,

I had posted a poll a few days back on this sub-forum on your favourite hindi show on star...now i am posting another poll on your favourite show exclusively on Star One...You will see in the choices that i have included Nach Baliye - since it is going to start in a few days, i thought it'd be sensible to add it.... So please do cast your vote, and also write a few lines on why you like your favourite show...happy voting.

I like Hotel Kingston the most beacuse it has:

(a) romance

(b) amazing characters

(c) excellent acting,

and it does not have:

(a) saas-bahu drama

(b) violence

(c) horrendous costumes

(d) people dying and coming alive after 10 years, generation leaps, etc.

Most of all, i can relate to the show.

PS: Nach balliye has not even started yet, so how can anyone vote for that? Just because the promos and concept looks interesting doesn't mean that the show itself will be good too. We have to wait and see.

Don't tell me that you don't like any of these 10 star one shows.....and if you really don't like any of these, then i must feel sorry for you...anyway, regarding nach baliye, i dont think you read my introductory post on thi thread where i have explained that i have included nach baliye coz it is going to be aired soon (today, as i write this post!) and people may want to vote for it once they have seen it.

Hi! The question of liking and disliking will come if I watch these shows. Out of all the shows you've listed I might have watched, TGILS, Supersale fleetingly. Feel sorry for these shows which have no viewers.....LOL....not for me. I ain't missing anything. Proof in my support is the number of voters for this poll have been only 4 so far. LOL. :) No offence to you.
But to be fair, there should be an option for NONE OF THE ABOVE also, don't you think. Will decide about Nach Balliye after I see a few episodes....hope it will be an entertaining show. I have read your introductory post now.

cool, hot n happening

very funny

the main 4 just totally rock

good characterisation(no more black or white, there's shades of gray)

rocking plots! (n they r realistic 2. not like ekta's saas-bahu sagas)

tu wed practce ,thus 2 hr long show (with the scary sangeeta and horror show hero shabbir also dancing) and friday recap . ( isnt it better to just watch the edited version on friday.

its ur choice but majority of critics of star and balaji are also appreciating nach baliye. pick any magazine who criticise k serials are writing good reviews for nach baliye and regarding anchor thing, in my book they are doing decent job but can do much better. give them some time, both are very talented they will bounce with the bang

Dear Mani,
Hi. We understand your strong feelings against the Balaji school of soaps and most of the forum members agree with you also on that. But Nach Balliye is something different and it seems fresh. I agree that the preparation episodes are not that entertaining, so you can skip watching them. But I saw the first round of actual performances in front of Judges and audience last Thursday and I enjoyed it immensely. The USP of the show is that it is based on real life couples, so you get to see what happens to couples who are at various stages of their marriage thru this show. ;) The chemistry between the couples which comes out on screen is what makes it interesting. I suggest to you that you can skip the shows in which they show the couples preparing, but you can watch the Actual Performances episodes. They are not so boring. Give it a try, pal. :) If you still don't like it, then watch something else. There are at least 70 channels on air at any given time, watch something you like.

remix is THE show.......THE BEST... THE BESTEST...
i like it becoz its perfect...
its concept, packaging, characters (gray and white... as rashmi says :D ), songs (i sing and listen to them more than any film song), costumes, looks, actors, background music, camera angles, drama, comedy, thrill, feel, timing....
i can go on and on abt the show....
apart from remix,
my other favs are... siddhant, HK and SVS...
nach baliye needs time to settle down...

and hey, r there no other remix supporters other than me, rashmi and baljeet?

U Are the First Person in Internet or May be in whole India to Say that Remix is boring.
Even my hands are not allowing me to type the word boring beside the remix.

I have seen people saying
There is no life without Remix.
I am a die-hard fan of remix.
I like to watch remix.
Remix has changed much of my life.
Atleast any person who has seen would say "Remix is good serial".

To be Frank This is Just the Beginning, Remix is destined to become far far more popular.
It can Set An Example.
It can create a revelution like thing on Hindi TV.

I really hope remix will become as famous as its spanish counter part rebelde way.

Well for my favourite show on star one there is a huge battle between Nach
Baliye and Remix but I prefer Remix 0.1% over Nach Baliye.So my vote is for
REMIX.It's one of the good shows on air nowdays.But I get the feeling that
the director goes a tad bit off track,realises it and then comes back on track.
But all's well that ends well.So its Remix.....
