Ingredients:
1 cup pressed rice or poha
half cup coconut grated
1 onion finely chopped
2 green chillies finely chopped
1 egg
salt and pepper
oil to deep fry
Method
Soak the poha in water,for 5 to 10 mins. Squeeze the poha out.
Add coconut,onion,green chillies,egg to the softened poha.Add salt and pepper.Mixwell.Heat oil.deepfry spoon fuls of the prepared batter. Drain.
Best served hot.
This is the snack where childrens love to have it after they come from platground.
And aslo its very easy to make, no need to separetly shop for the snack.
