RICE(don't cook) 3 CUP
COCONUT 1/2 PIECE
GUD(in hindi) 5 PIECES
GROUNDNUT 150 gmth
CASHUNUT 7 PIECES
First fry the rice(please use boiled rice(that is don,t use that rice with which you make dosa and iddaly)) until it becomes golden or lite brown color(can test by eating is it crispy).then powder the rice nicely.keep it aside
next grate(don't make into small pieses by cutting taste will decrease should grate ) the coconut(it should not be dry).
put grated coconut,rice powder and gud in mixer.mix it nicely.
make small-small rounds out of it.
then break cashunut into small pieses.decorate our small ladoos with it
really very-very tasty........
