I started watching DV but i am sorry to say that the Sagarz have got it all terribly messed up even though the soap as a whole is watchable(at least till the time being). First of all they show us the top of map of india and tell us that the land of the story is there ie Arya....
a)In there, the citizens are divided into TWO classes or sects:The rulers and the workers. From where did the social background of Ancient Greece where

everythings fictionalized so it does not matter if there were only two classes of people or that they wore the same type of clothes .

Hey PLS dont criticise the lovely show !!!! I mean who always wants a real story on TV . In the very beginning of every show they show a disclaimer saying it is a fictitious historical period drama . And moreover Indian has the oldest history of democracy . Vaishali was a republic and the Lichchavis elected their leader !!!!
Its a good show and SAGARS are offering a variety of shows from Mythology to historical to fictition to fantasy . ITS LOVELY !!!!!!!!!!!

I wrote this after seeing the 1st episode. The next 3 ones were watchable or partly interersting if not terrific. This show will have to be innovative (if you(sagarz) can, plagiarise sth from CHANDRAKANTA and try bringing "tilism and ayyars" into the serial). The story, i found them watchable coz currently my academics has not been so hectic as it shud hav been( i am studin CA), so i have managed to watch the show. Nowadays there are numerous channels, and to grasp strongly the viewers, the sagarz can't let the story/plot to be stagnant as sometimes they used to do in case of prc(even when rt was there).

As for being jealous of RT, i don't think RT is only successful kid in the world.
If i have to be jealous of sb, it wud be DARSHEEL.

I get your point. But the show tagline says its completely fiction. They want to put up a message against divisions in society through this fictionalized society.

Darshhel is Ishaan from Taare Zameen Par, I think. Well, he is mind-blowing. And Paneswar is kind of right, Rajat Tokas is not the only successful kid in the world, although he is good and hard-working in what he does.
Plagiarism is nothing new in Indian television. Sagars current track in Alaadin on Zee is an open lift off from Harry potter-1. DharamVeer is the Moses story with names changed- although I guess they have to change track somewhere. I don't think Rajat's character will start a new religion. Come on, Kekta plagiarizes from her own shows!:D
Anyway, I think Dharamveer will pick up speed in a week or 2. And so far, it looks good. What will happen later on, I don't know. All Indian serials usually start well, then they lose their path midway.

dv is gud but i feel rt actng like tht is not the rt we used 2 see , hez actng very sweet n cool , but i used 2 luv him as prc where in he was too authoritative n an gry young man

moreover i had taken the pt b4 tht its copied entirely frm our prophet musa story

n the serial coming 5 days a week , i jst hope its not made into saas bahu kind of show wherein l8 on dharam n veer fight 4 mugdha n agni brainwashng dharam if sagars show all ths thn toh serial gaya kaam se

the serial has the entire egypt as background but shown it as india coz the way they r dressed n the back colour yellow is mostly seen in egypt n pharoahs

ryt now im missing action scenes n i really dnt like the heros n villains actng so thand , the serial wud luk better if their is action romance n drama like prc wherein everythng used 2 keep u on foot

anyways thts wat i feel

i really agree with u freind.i m a teacher i know how thw sects evolved how thw 4 varnas were made n how sabhas n samiitis worked.........well aisa lata sagarz r mixing 2 many stories like moasis ki story(egyptian story),dv ki movie etc..........i dunt know why n what is 2 b shown kuch to systematically dikhao.............
