Name of the dish: Egg red subzi
Ingredients:
2 eggs boiled
2 medium sized onion(chopped)
1 medium sized tomato(chopped)
2 green chilees( dont copp it)
Tomato puree( 1 table spoon)
Ginger garlic paste( 1 tea spoon)
Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, coriander powder, salt to taste.
Oil (2 table spoons)
Method:
# Heat oil in pan.
# Add onions and fry them till golden brown.
# Add chopped tomatoes , tomato puree, ginger garlic paste.
# Add all masalas and green chilles.
# Stir till the masala mixes well.
# keep on low flame till it leaves oil.
# Now peel boiled eggs and cut them into 4 halves.
# Add the eggs to the masala.
# Stir and keep the masala covered for 2 minutes on low flame.
Have it best with chappatis and paronthas.
