Well Beckham's legacy is over i think he was a pretty gud captain but now John Terry has been named the new England captain so wat r ur views r u happy sad dissapointed n oh yeh Steven Gerrad is the Vice-Captain i think it was a pretty fair decision poor Lampard:p
