F1 will never be F1 again in 2007 :(

Schmacher has informed officially that he will quit F1 the end of the year. Its really a sad day for F1 and when the big man walks out F1 it will never be the same.

I am very shocked about the event, Michael Schumacher surely will be missed.

Yeah, yest's announcement by Schumi was so saddening.:( F1 is just never gonna be the same ever again coz the best driver ever is leaving. I am just hopeful that he can win the Championship and go out on a real high!!!:)

Yes, 2007 will take a lot of getting used to without Michael Magic.
Hope he wins the Championship. There can be no better way to leave, at the absolute top, as a WORTHY 8 time champion, as the true champion he is!!

Coming to the topic, Guys I share the sentiments of you all. Yes Schumi is gonna be missed. I felt the retirement is a forced one on MS! MS did not want tro go to any other F1 team and Ferrari it seems looking to build its future F1 team.

But without MS, Ferrari is going to look a shade of its own when MS was there. Hope Kimi brings in a new era for Ferrari and its fans.

Personnaly I am a MS, Kimi and Ferrari fan. I am eventhough saddenned to see MS quit, I am happy to see Kimi join Ferrari!

hey guys same here i am also great great fan of schumi.i am really sad that this year is a last year for him. without him f1 wont be the f1 now.and also i am glad that kimi is replaceing schumi.he is a great driver too hope ferrari helps him. good luck schumi for future and hope you win this years championship and go out with pride.

i use to watch F1 but now i don't, simply because of the rule changes, not just for the races, but for the cars.

They want the cars to be less powerful, average is about 880bhp, and in the future it will be decreasing, but the technology is still there, its amazing. The front nose of an F1 car costs £20000, engines only last for two races, i believe one time ferrari got caught out, well other competition grassed them up because the front nose of the ferrari was flexing at high speeds where it shouldnt be.
