Dhoni - does he deserve place in the ICC Awards list?

I was very disappointed not see Dhoni listed on any catergory in ICC Awards list. I am sure some goof-up has happened in selection and ICC alone are to be blamed for all the mess-up.

I am sure he must've been named in ODI Player of the year list at any cost. Reason: He was rated no. 1 - ( 19/04/2006) in the world and now at no.4 and still doesn' find a place.

Even after having selectors from various countries with great experience, this kind of mistakes just make you wonder why arent the reports made out transparent and let the fans & records decide rather than doing it wrong behind the closed doors.

its really sad, but what can be done, there are specific rating system & selectors have guidelines to judge a nominee, i am sure dhoni's name would have been there for discussion but still didn't make it the cut. we shouldnt make this and isues and concentrate on the game ahead.

dhoni is a great player & he doesnt need awards to prove his worth
