INGREDIENTS
1. 4 large potatoes
2. 2 green chilies, finely chopped
3. 2”ginger, finely chopped
4. 5 tsp chopped coriander leaves
5. 1 tsp coriander powder
6. 1 tsp mango powder
7. ½ tsp salt
8. 1 tsp red chili powder
9. 1 carrot, grated
10. 1 tsp chaat masala
11. 2 tsp poppy seeds, roasted
12. 2 tsp tomato ketchup
13. 2 tsp chili sauce
14. 1 cup bread crumbs
15. oil for fry
METHOD
1. Pressure cook the potatoes, peel and then mash well.
2. Add other ingredients except the bread crumbs and oil for frying. Mix well. Check the seasoning.
3. Shape the mixture into desired shape. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. Drain well and serve hot with mint or coriander ****ney.
