MANGO SHEERA
INGREDIENTS:
1 CUP - RAVA (Semolina)
1 CUP - MANGO PULP (SMOOTHENED IN MIXER)
1 CUP - MILK
1 CUP SUGAR
2 CUPS - HOT WATER
3-4 SPOONS OF GHEE
BROKEN DRY NUTS - CASHEW NUTS / ALMOND
METHOD :
DRY ROAST THE RAVA TILL SLIGHTLY GOLDEN BROWN WITH THE DRY NUTS THEN ADD GHEE AND ROAST FOR 2 MINUTES.. THEN ADD THE MANGO PULP WITH MILK & STIR CONTINUOSLY FOR 2-3 MINUTES.. THEN ADD THE HOT WATER TO THE MIXTURE AND COVER WITH LID AFTER STIRING FOR A MINUTE. ADD THE SUGAR & AGAIN COVER THE LID FOR SOME TIME. WHEN THE RAVA TURNS FLUFFY REMOVE THE LID AND JUST STIR IN OPEN FOR A WHILE AND ITS READY TO SERVE HOT!!!
