Ingredients for 10 portions

150 ml Oil
10 gms Ginger
20 gms Green chilly
300 gms Capsicum
200 gms Onion
100 gms Tomato
10 gms Coriander seeds
10 gms Whole Red chilli
1600 gms Prawns
10 gms Ajwain seeds
20 gms Saunf powder
20 gms Cumin powder
20 gms Coriander powder
20 gms Degi mirch powder
1000 gms Tomato onion masala
50 ml Cream
50 gms Butter
20 ml Lemon juice
Preparation Method
1.HEAT OIL,ADD WHOLE CORIANDER SEEDS AND WHOLE RED CHILLI.
2.ADD CHOPPED GINGER AND GREEN CHILLI.
3.ADD CARDAMOM SEEDS AND THEN ADD DICED ONION,SAUTE FOR SOME TIME.ADD CAPSICUM DICES.
4.ADD THE ONION TOMATO MASALA (BOIL 750 g ONION, GRIND WITH 500g TOMATOES, SAUTE)AND THEN ADD ALL THE POWDERED MASALAS.SAUTE FOR SOMETIME.
5.NOW ADD THE PRAWN AND LITTLE WATER ANDCOOK TILL THE PRAWNS ARE COOKED.
6.ADD TOMATO DICES AND FINISH WITH BUTTER,CREAM ,LEMON JUICE AND KADHAI MASALA.
